I can't imagine not peeling my carrots. I peel mine always. For those that dont peel, I noticed its mostly cheap commercial food vendors or some just feel the carrot is clean enough. They just wash and dice

Some don't peel their carrots but I must to get rid of those dirt & the detergent used in washing them.
