Plain flour 3 1/2 cup
Sugar 2tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Instant yeast 1tbsp
Butter 2tbsp
Milk 1 cup
1 egg
Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
Fry on low heat
Coat with the sugar
