I don't know how to reach you or contact you, but this is serious. For the first time in 12 years since terrible trauma and subsequent health issues, I HAVE HOPE. I burst out ugly crying now and just started thanking God for bringing your video to me as a message in South Africa!!! For 8 months drs were telling me there's nothing wrong, I'm imagining things - to where a naturopath now found my small intestine is basically blocked and my immune system non-existent because of sky-high cortisol. Jobless with no medical insurance, there's nothing I can do!! And then I started carnivore 2 days ago, still contemplating to eat my avos and broccoli sprouts, sauerkraut and nutritional yeast, not really sure of what I should do, but praying all day long. And then I got your video..... And something just happened in me. I broke down and started sobbing 😭 I KNOW I'm going to be healed and be the success as it was intended for me to be, all along. Thank you. God bless you‼️🙏

Buddy you almost brought me to tears. I got a positive for colon cancer at 76 and started a 4 day fast immediately when I hung up the phone and straight into carnivore after the 4 days. I'm there baby. I've battled arthritis for 50 years and by day 5 on carnivore that is history. This is perhaps the best video on carnivore I've seen and I've seen many. Love your passion brother. Fortunately we are fellow homesteaders so good meat is right here. Been doing the bare foot, hell naked walk to the barn and letting out and feeding the animals daily for months so HELLO. 👍😎👌

I'm 76 come August, been high-functioning autistic since conception, quiet, okay socially up to 3 people (4th & more and I start feeling anxious) - although crowds, like in a mall, don't bother me. I live happily alone, like to sit up at night and just think, I'm an excellent problem solver, an inventor & innovator, like building stuff like steam engines, wind turbines and anything else that exhibits repetative motion. I'm fascinated watching a spinning plate 's orbit decay - can watch forever and ever and to top things off, I have an IQ of 165.

One hundred days ago, you were the dream client for doctors, big agriculture, big pharma, and the medical-industrial complex. Today, you need none of them. Not one. You are now therefore an enemy of the state and modern society, because you live happily and healthily. And big business and big government cannot have that. Imagine if everyone went carnivore/keto: suddenly, the entire premise of modern society would collapse overnight, as everyone became healthy, happy, and strong, needing nothing but some meat and fat for sustenance . This is why so many authorities and health "experts" and the propaganda media are attacking meat and meat-based diets. It's not about the environment; it's about keeping everyone sick and plugged into the matrix. Good work, brother. Keep up spreading the truth.

I'm 69 days in and love it. ZERO carbs or sugar. Haven't slipped up once, and don't have any sweet cravings, all gone. I eat strictly Grass-fed ground beef, Organic grass-fed Ribeyes, Organic grass-fed pasteurized eggs, grass-fed butter, Redmond salt and water. That is what I've been eating since day one and I feel and look awesome. I fast for 16-18 hours a day and eat 2mad, sometimes Omad. I lift weights 3 days a week and walk for about 3 hours a week.

@bee_bee3

I think if you eat nose to tail and include fish and seafood then you can also probably get everything you'd find in vegetables except for a few phytochemicals that may or may not be essential. Don't know if there are any conclusive studies on them. Vitamin C is a bit of a grey area, but it is in some animal organs and apparently people on the carnivore don't seem to need as much vitamin C 🤷 Some people are really seeing the benefits of removing vegetables because they have an issue with fibre. So going at least some time without them may not be a bad thing at all for at least some people. Having been vegetarian most of my life, thinking it's super healthy, I'm so shocked to see the actual facts when you look at the nutrient contents of actual ingredients. I've eaten white pasta with tomato and veg sauce cooked in sunflower oil while lecturing my dad for frying a duck egg in duck fat and being absolutely terrified he'll have a heart attack 🤦‍♀️ I feel so silly now. Why would a man-made manufactured product with a marketing agenda be better than mother nature? Yeah, it's not. My dad got diabetes, I told him he should stop eating the banana he thought was healthy in the morning and reduce the carbs and snacks. I'd like to see him do more, but even with the small changes he did, he is no longer diabetic according to the recent blood test. I use the website check your food to look up nutrition facts. It's helped me to start eating, and later go on to enjoy sardines and mackerel 😀

I already lived over 8 year strict vegetarian if it was actually good then why did I need B12 injections and fatty liver and unbalanced hormones?? Because inadequate good animal fats essential for health. Soy stuffs up thyroid and too much fibre produces IBS and carbs find fluctuations in blood suagrs and stuffed up metabolism. Bad advise and I almost lost my life and I did loose a baby due to malnourishment whole on a an apparently super healthy vegan lifestyle. What lies. Best advise is to ditch the greens and eat thr meat. Heal and feel.better.

Update as of August 16, 2023 (nine weeks on Carnivore) down from 225 to 197. Still have had absolutely zero problems with acid reflux, which was a daily problem for me before carnivore. I will advise that I needed to start a daily electrolyte mix in my tea because of some muscle cramping due to a deficiency in Magnesium or potassium. Other than that, I look and feel like a new man. I just finished week 3 carnivore. The changes feel like magic. I haven't needed or used any heartburn meds in over 2 weeks. I lost 17 pounds. I have zero cravings for any cakes or sugar or anything with only 1 big meal a day and a can of sardines during my work shift. For the first time in my life I'm not binge eating on the weekends. For the first time in my life I get home from work with no back pain. For the first time in my life I have no discomfort or bleeding while flossing. I don't get sickly tired mid day anymore, and most days I stay up from 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM. My elbows were very bad and one is completely healed and the other is doing much better. It gets even more crazy. Since about day 1 or 2 on carnivore I haven't had a migraine which I had every week of 2023, as well as 1.5 years starting march 2020 into mid 2021. I have also been dealing with crippling dizziness for about 4 years. GONE. I haven't been dizzy once since starting carnivore and I had been dealing with dizziness EVERY DAY SO FAR IN 2023. I can feel my body healing things almost daily. I don't have burning intestines anymore. I don't have gas or bloating. I easily quit coffee. I just don't crave anything I'm not already eating on carnivore. The Homestead how 30 day video is what convinced me, although I watched it about 4 weeks ago.

@@itzakpoelzig330 What would you say about the potential negative impact on kidney health and eating so much protein taxing the kidneys to the point of lowering eGFR, this is my main worry, I know Dr Berry once said that if our kidneys are healthy (i.e. if you have no CKD) then you will be fine, BUT all our kidneys are failing so an eGFR of 50 at the age of 20 will mean disease but that same eGFR a 80 means healthy, the kidneys as they age reduce in filtration power as he ge old, PROTEIN taxes the kidneys and the tiny microtubules get damaged and spill over protein for example, carnivore diet can get rid of 3 main treats to the kidneys, obesity - hyper/hypo tension/diabetes BUT the kidneys still have to deal with the waste products of protein metabolism, it seems to me that a carnivore diet plus the aging process itself will speed up progression to end stage kidney disease, or maybe I have it wrong?

Imagine being a vegan 10,000yrs ago in the Northern hemisphere in the middle on January. What would you eat? Meat NEVER went out of season. The ONLY time we would've eaten plants would have been fruits when they were ripe.

correct. ALso, before the spice trade roots and other trade roots most people in cold climates never even saw fruit because the seeds never made it to their part of the world. Even in the 1970 and before most fruits were just seasonal. Now you can get every fruit even out of season because they are grown in a warehouse not in the soil. And they are GMO not natural seeds.

They still would have eaten plant material when it became available in the warmer months and also humans came from tropical origins so that means the ancestors of those winter meat eaters ate plants all year round or had some type of plant food available to them, you make a good point though, i.e. what if you are spanish, southern Italian, Greek, southern Chinese etc., should we go by what our ancestors had available to them and ate?

I love seeing your progress over your first 99 days as a carnivore. I’ve been carnivore for 20 months now starting at 215 lbs, now 165 lbs, I also cured my depression and weaned off Zoloft and my chronic anxiety went away. My anxiety was so bad that I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night and I rarely felt relaxed, now my default is to feel calm and I only get anxiety in a rare stressful situation. Like your daughter, I was a vegan for 6 years before carnivore and it destroyed my health. I’m glad she stopped eating that way because it’s horrible long term. Keep at it and you will continue to see health improvements month after month, I keep getting better and better and I’m in the best shape of my life at 33 years old.

Welldone for coming off, that's great!! How long were you on Zoloft? Ive been on Paxil for a loooong time and reduced from 20mg to 5mg but find it hard tapering that last 5mg. There are many vegan foods I cant eat cause of histamine/dairy and gluten intolerances and sifo, but when on the carni diet I worry about it crashing my kidneys and driving my egfr down, don't you worry about kidney function with all that animal protein having to be cleared from the kidneys? Maybe I ask do you have regular labs done and especially kidney labs to see how your kidneys are dealing with the diet? Thanks.

@@SciSciToys I was on 150mg of Sertraline (generic Zoloft) for 2 years but I’ve struggled with mental health for as long as I can remember. Staying strict carnivore is the only thing that has helped me feel like a normal person. It took me 3 or 4 months to come off and towards the end I was taking the lowest dose every third day. I still have some days with low mood here and there but overall my mental and physical health are the best they’ve ever been. I haven’t thought about kidney function much but I’ll look into it because I’m curious now.

I haven't posted to my new channel other than some sermons. A video showed up on my feed from Minimalist Carnivore and as I was fasting and praying as I do on Wednesdays I was nudged and inspired to get back on track. Came back to watch some of Kerry's videos to help with the inspiration. I am at 301 lbs today as I have a 1lb ribeye grilling to break my fast at 7pm. One of my "life words" is intentional. We’re fellow farmers, raising grass fed beef and it’s a blessing to have great beef always at the ready, and knowing that it’s blessing others also. People come to our farm for pickups and we have great Carnivore Lifestyle discussions! With Carnivore, I was able to do a 3 week stint of caring for my mama during 2 procedures she had done. I was peaceful and zero anxiety, with 10 days in the hospital with her…very little sleep…and then I had some sugar and bread and blah blah blah and got sick. So I’m resting today, tanking up on beef bone broth, got the ribeyes thawing and gonna try Shawn’s butter deviled eggs. Love that guy too! All the Carnivore Community has such amazing testimonies and once you experience it and see for yourself what a HUGE difference it makes, then you believe it. And helping others is a worthwhile goal! Carnivore diet also finds me ditching all my supplements because the food is so nourishing. It's so encouraging to live this way to finally find a way to live normally and healthy. Don't miss heartburn from.acid reflux and steak is top preference to eat if I have the choice. I just buy a heap of meat and eat it as needed. Cheaper in the long run because no longer buying cake and coffee on a whim or snacks or lots of meals per day. Just fresh free range eggs direct from egg farmer and quality grass fed meat delivered from butcher and sometimes extra from local Coles. Its so good and easy and fast.

I've been doing keto on and off with cheat days for years, the yo-yo diet exactly as you described. I'm better off than when I started, but I still have a gut which I call 'dunlop disease'. You've inspired me to find all the processed sugary crap in my house and donate it to food banks or whatever. That said, when I started keto I did notice a lot of improvements like sleep, and skin clearing up and a host of other things. When I have cheat days I fart, and I doze off in the afternoon etc. The acid reflux has stayed away except for one week around valentines when I gave in to temptations at work to all the sugary crap my co workers brought to work... yuck. I've also been listening to Ken Berry and Eric Berg for years, but it never really hit home until watching this video and the one you did at 30 days. Your enthusiasm is contagious! THANK YOU! 💥💯💥

Really enjoyed this video, Kerry. Love that you include clips from the most influential doctors and carnivore advocates. Those clips alone are so convincing because of how respected those people are. But then to hear how amazing you and your family are doing, it's really inspiring and motivating. Your enthusiasm and blatant bedazzlement of this way of life is brilliant. My husband and I started carnivore at the end of May and it really has been life changing. I thought we'd struggle because it appears so restrictive, but in actual fact it's the easiest diet we've embarked on (and we've tried many that have been completely unsustainable and miserable). We wholeheartedly feel like this is how we are going to eat for the rest of our lives now. How could we not when we feel so great. My husband literally felt like he was dying before he went carnivore. He is doing so much better now. We're in our late 30s but i wish we'd started earlier. Keep it up! Happy to see your progress. One data point I would add to anyone watching this; don’t skip breakfast if you are hungry, or find yourself having issues with getting enough food, overall. In fact, if you have blood sugar stability issues, eating something soon upon waking should help you heal. Just make it carnivore, doesn’t need to be much. I never recommend fasting unless it comes naturally, and you have zero energy, hunger, or mood issues during the fast. Ive been researching, gathering data, and working with people for close to 20 years on health and nutrition. If you are eating mainly animal fats, and some protein, you don’t need to fast. I find that intentional fasting can ruin some folks after months, or even years. Just pay attention to your own bodies, and never ignore any signals that you need to eat. When you are eating a proper human diet, you can trust your body again.

I am 110 days into my carnivore journey, and while I did not have several diagnosed health issues, I am type 2 diabetic and that is more than enough. For the first time in my life or since I was 35 (I'm 62 now), I am down 26 lbs to my lightest weight (226) in 27 years. I will be coming off my only prescribed med (metformin) when I reach 222 lbs...so just 2-3 more weeks. I have a left shoulder (adhesive capsulitis or frozen shoulder condition) that is getting fixed so I can fully lift weights. This way of eating is easy, quick, and satisfying. No sugar, no carbs is doable with a little discipline. My mind is sharp, and I have no brain fog ever, and I do tech support for a living. Major props to you and your family for the inspiration you share. I chose this "food hack" back on March 11th when my blood sugar had soared to 347, and I felt like complete garbage at 252 lbs. In only 9 DAYS my blood sugar was back down in a normal 80-110 range. All the other benefits is why I have stayed on it.

Thank you for sharing this message with us. I am so sick and tired of carrying all of this heavy weight on my body. I’m tired of the lower back pain. Gonna start my first day of carnivore first thing tomorrow. Any advice you may have is greatly appreciated. Thank you once again for the inspiration.

I’m on day 2. Thank you so much for this. You have no clue how much you are helping people. I told myself I’m gonna do this until 2/8/24. Just to see for myself. Fortunately I am not on any medicines. But I knew I’m eating way too much sugar. I’ll stay in touch.

Same here. I transitioned into more heavy Meat consumption 6 months ago. It did wonders for energy levels, but allowing myself to eat to many carbs made my life inconsistant. Today is my 3rd day on the Carnivore diet, and honestly, waking up yesterday and today was a breeze. Let’s see the rest of the effects. Doing it for the entire month of november, and probably beyond. I also have 0 health issues and i’m 21 years old. I want to experiment.

Sir… before even finishing your video before, I wanted to leave a comment. It is an eye-opener. I suffer with most of the same things you did and I’m going to give this a shot. Ironically the hardest thing I have to deal with is stopping the alcohol. But I’m going to do that. Thank you again and I’m happy I subscribed to your channel. I look forward to researching more stuff you do. Stay brilliant.

Congratulations Emma! I had been carnivorish since around mid January, but every once in a while, I would eat off of it, and I felt like crap! I am now on day nine of total carnivore, and I’m finally in ketosis and feel wonderful again. I felt wonderful since mid January but every time I went off of it, I would feel terrible for a couple of days. Everyone keep up the faith keep God in the center and eat like an animal!

Love this video. It's getting me so pumped up. I am sitting here watching this video while feeling fatigued with brain fog and wishing that I could get a good night's sleep and worrying about possibly (probably) having sleep apnea. I am motivated to get back on the carnivore diet. I tried it before and it was great. I slipped off of it due to the slippery slope of cheat meals. In hindsight, I was mostly eating lean cuts and not getting enough fat, which likely led to the cravings. Another important thing to mention, was when I stopped the carnivore diet, my body was very sensitive to the intake of carbs and I ended up dealing with major inflammation, which led to me battling severe gout over several periods, of which I have never had before in my life. So, just another reason not to quit. Unfortunately (and fortunately), many more people are learning about the benefits of carnivore, so the costs of beef just keeps going up. Good luck, everyone.

6 days in and just got into double digits in weight loss.. My horrible dry scalp is gone. Sleeping like a baby through the night and jumping out of bed like I'm in my 20's. Can't wait to see where I am on day 100.

Love you're passion. I think what you are doing is so very important. I see people I care about in my life continue to consume garbage on a daily basis and it is so sad. Glad there are people like you spreading the word on how important a proper human diet is for a healthy life. Keep up the great work. Enjoy your videos very much.

I'm about to start my ketovore journey and went to the drs for my yearly visit and bloodwork. The crazy thing is that because my bloodwork was all normal and met the standard, my dr told me everything looks great. To keep doing what I'm doing! It's so messed up! I'm dealing with health issues, I'm on medication and have about 80 pounds to lose. The health care system is so broken. It really is so important to take charge of your health and to be your own advocate. Thanks for sharing your success story! It's very inspiring!

I have been on a journey towards better health and diet since 2014 when I stopped eating sugar. My son had done carnivore and told me to try it so I did just recently I'm on week number two and I can tell you that I see an improvement already. My son saw an immense Improvement in everything from skin to mood to weight so I wish your daughters well. they will not regret their decision!!

That book sounds similar to Pure, White and Deadly by British physiologist, John Yudkin, from 1972. John Yudkin named sugar, especially fructose, as the cause of heart disease as well as cavities, obesity, liver disease, and some forms of cancer. His book argued that dietary fat and saturated fat are harmless. He was quickly attacked by Ancel Keys.

Thanks for the video. You always give me inspiration….. carnivore is the way to go… I see it so clearly now what you’re talking about.. sugar is the culprit… if we don’t spread the information to others, we are helping “ big foods “ have the upper hands….

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your energy, positivity, honesty, passion and clarity. I have been keto/primal on and off for years. Tried carnivore for a week here and there as well. But now I'm choosing it as a true lifestyle ... I just feel better from top to bottom... mostly for my joint pain. I totally agree with the clarity, sleep and energy, too. It's the way we humans are designed to live. Big Pharm & Big Agg are sooooo disgusting. I am so excited to see your daughters follow your lead. Hopefully mine will change her mind :)

I love your enthusiasm for the diet, it is infectious. I been on Keto for 13 months come the end of this month (June 2023) and lost 146#. My A1C dropped from 10.2 to 5.2 in one year, that's below T2 prediabetic levels and I have been a T2 since at least 1999. Totally off insulin injections and metformin. All of the beneficial effects you have mentioned in your videos has been mirrored in my own 13 month journey. More so with your testimony about your daughter's skin condition. I didn't know Carnivore could do that too. I have evangelized Keto for the last 6 months to friends and family. A tiny few have taken it into account and modified their diets slightly. Still, they are better off than before I informed them of the toxic nature of carbs and sugars. Unfortunately, I do get a lot of push back because of the addictive nature of glucose and fructose and will prefer lying to themselves that low carb doesn't work instead of giving it a legitimate try like you suggest with 30 days at a time. If more people just gave low carbers the benefit of the doubt and try carnvore for 30 days, their eyes would open. Its one thing telling someone how good keto and carnivore is, its quite a different thing when a person's own body begins its transformation to becoming healthier. If you can't believe your own body, there isn't hope. I suppose for some, they have to reach near rock bottom to get desperate enough to consider low-carb zero ultra processed diets. It was for me that made me change my own tune. Sometimes the desperation needs to be there to finally do something about it. Keep up the great work!

Haven’t been perfect but I started in January and have lost 60lbs and blood pressure is back down under control and chronic fatigue gone, but I’ve had a lot of cheat days and always regret it, I found you on your 30day video and now seeing your 99day video I’m inspired to go through till Christmas without cheating, keep up the great work! The most inspiring thing was seeing Emma try meat for the first time in 5 years and just love it straight away, my daughter is 18 and luckily loves her steak and lamb but she eats lots of junk, I’m hoping she will ditch the crap after I’ve lost more weight and proven to her how great it is
