I have a 2010 Crosstour that had succumb to the VCM issues back when it was still covered under an extended warranty. Honda did the fix on their dime at about 75k miles and it's been good ever since. I'm now at 220k miles and it still runs like a dream. I do recommend that anyone who isn't sure if Honda flashed the software or repaired the engine get one of these SVCM modules.

I just ordered a SVCM for my 2011Silver Honda Crosstour. Bought the vehicle 2 weeks ago with 70K miles on it. Then I found out about the ECO problems.

2013-2015 does not need a svcm ,all you gotta do is drive on sport mode. I think if you really wanna demonstrate the v6 without eco drive on D mode

When you place it into "manual" it doesn't go into ECO Mode.

I thought sport mode turned off eco mode? Ez mod tho looking forward to getting mine soon.

Thank you for posting this video on the SVCM install to the Crosstour. This is what I needed to see to do the same to my ‘14 EX-L 4wd. The chrome trim & wheels look good on your vehicle.

Awesome video! I purchased this same unit and am installing it in the 2013 RDX this weekend. I’m hoping I don’t have that weird lurching that feels like a downshift every time the car comes to a stop.

I've got the 4 cylinder 2013 ex-l... And my only complaint is that it's slow in merging. Coming from my 2018 civic hatch it's a big difference

Great video! I'm considering purchasing a 2014 Crosstour, and this eco/vcm issue is actually making me think twice. My mother had a 2014 Accord, and we never had any problems (besides that damn light flashing on the dash...). I went and testdrove a 2015 yesterday. I love the car, but I am in the process of researching the vcm system's effects on engine longevity. Three questions for you:

What sets of tyres you got on the crosdtour?

Did you say that this can prevent transmission problems? Because I just got a new transmission on my 2013 crosstour and if this will help out then im definitely gonna install.
