yes ya can adjust float ya gently heat it and bend it did it 100 times also Mopar penetrating fluid is the best thing to soak jets , bowl etc .in carb cleaner or ultrasonic does not even compare

Well a new needle won’t cure it sometimes if the float has sagged , the gas in bowl will not raise the float and needle enough to seat , so the only option is to get a new float or bend the old one back to its original position ,

Good, explanation video. I have a different problem on my 98 foreman. I can’t get my front brakes to bleed. I bought and changed new brake pads, wheel cylinders and complete master cylinder along with all plastic and rubber reservoir seals. It’s all Honda brand, no knock off junk. I used a pneumatic brake bleeder also. I tried for 2 hours with no change. What am I doing wrong? Everything was changed exactly to a couple of partzilla videos, I triple checked everything. I would like my expensive Honda brakes to work. 😅

@@MidNebraskaMotorsports I gave up and have been relying on my back brakes to get slowed down. I’m sure it’s something simple I’m missing but whatever it is, they will not bleed.

Since it is plastic, it cleans up easy. I just dumped the old and put good fuel in to slosh it around. Chunks and oil fuel came out. Did you soak the carb in the ultrasonic cleaner with the carb heater and the air cut-off valve assembly located on the side of the carb? Thx for sharing great video !

06 foreman 500. Did a carb cleaning from your other video. Now it pisses fuel from the overflow. My carb did not have a spacer (float) either. Any ideas?
