the scene they did not cover..... the fact that Joyce drank the drugged coffee made perfect sense. But Murray....super paranoid Murray....lives in basically a bunker away from society because he thinks someone is out to get him Murray....drank coffee from a total stranger that he literally said he didn't trust. But all the crazy supernatural stuff to the side, THAT was the most unbelievable thing that happened in the entire season.

What year is Season 4 taking place in again? Season 1 was November of 1985, season 2 October/November of 1986, season 3 was June/July of 1987, I'm not sure how many months passed between seasons 3 and 4. I know the Byers and Eleven moved in August of 87', and it was like 120-something days, so that would be about 4 months? So then season 4 is in December of 87'?

Its mainly cause the actor got in trouble by getting busted with some coke. So the writers were like, well if you not gonna care about your image, we are just gonna ruin your character. I think that's probably how it went down.

I'm mad they didn't show how Nancy's group returned from upside down. It would be nice if there's a scene where they saw Dustin holding Eddie but instead we got nothing and It's like there were no reaction from them about his death.

i wish we could’ve seen at least one more scene between him and Max before everything went down with Karen and the Mind flayer. He seemed to be leaving Max and her friends alone and Max’s attitude towards him was a lot less antagonistic in S3- she even cried when he was crying and never talked abt him doing anything bad to her anymore. That to me makes it seem like their relationship had at least some growth and his sacrifice wasn’t out of nowhere.

I mean he did watch his friend get lifted in air at the lake then killed brutally. In his head that all seemed to be Eddy too. So I feel like it made perfect sense he reacted the way he did. He thought a cult with with real satanic magic he had witnessed existed and he felt the cops were stupid and useless (which aside from Hopper they kind of have been the whole series).

I can't believe no one is mentioning El's super sister from season 1. They met during a single episode and I have been waiting for her to get pulled back into the show. I mean the ability to make people see whatever she wants. Did Vecna kill her and take that power? If not, that could be pretty damn helpful.

NGL after this season Eddie is my no.1 fav character(He took Jonathan's spot for me) and he will my no. 1 always no matter what, cuz he fought for Hawkins, even tho everyone in the town hated him and wanted to kill him. Also that Master of puppets scene was truly epic 🔥🔥

That death sequence was so dumb it kind of ruined the ending of the season for me. I mean they all knew what they were going to face and how did Eddie prepare for his role? Some protection for body, face or throat? No, he didn't even close his jacket!

@@Mamontiny He was planning to bolt out of there when the distraction time was over... There was no original intention to fight. That changed when he realized they hadn't bought enough time, & didn't want to just leave the trailer while everything followed them through to the other side.

When the bats broke through the second vent and they had to seal off the side of the trailer, he realized they would break through soon and those bats would cause havoc in the real world. That's why he sacrificed himself.

Jason was an antagonist but he wasn’t an evil person. He was a demonstration of how grief, fear and the absolute certainty in your own moral standpoint can allow evil to happen.

HE LITERALLY WAS WILLING TO LISTEN THE *ONE* TIME THEY TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE TRUTH TO HIM. Motherfuckers had no problem telling Eddie everything, but the guy that saw something supernatural happen and was STILL WILLING to try to fight to save his friends and family, knowing he’s going up against demons, nah man, lets not try to explain things to him and go show him the proof of the upside down. He wouldnt be helpful in using guns against Vecna or anything. Stop cheering his death. If you heard the story from his perspective you’d think he was a hero. Side note: Same thing for “Gaston” from Beauty and Beast.

Jason's problem isn't that he thought Eddie killed Chrissy. His problem was scaring up a town's full of people to use in his attempt at being a vigilante and beating children to get what he wanted.

I like how the show goes with a surprisingly realistic take on the “tap on the head” cliche, with Angela dying from a concussion after El hits her in the face with a roller skate, but then completely undermines it by showing Hopper being beaten repeatedly but surviving with his cognitive functions intact.

Can we take a second to recognize that Eddie's Metallica cover in the upside down, playing on a rooftop in basically hell with red lightning in the background in order to entice a horde of demonic bats, playing Master of Puppets of all things, to distract number one's puppets, was the dopest thing to ever happen in the history of time? Completely unnecessary for sure, he could have played it from inside the house and then dipped through the Narnia portal, but it was still so dope!

It would feel so satisfying if El and Will helped take Vecna down together. The story started with Will, end it with him. They both have connections to the Upside down. Give Will the screentime he deserves. And have Murray give him and Mike the love talk counseling. Murray's done it to two Byers' already. One more and he's done the whole set.

I honestly wouldn't care if Will was just killed off. Sorry, but the character isn't that interesting. The only thing that makes him worth watching is his connection to the others, & specifically, to his brother Jonathan (a much more interesting character when he gets screen time).

Jason's belief that Eddie was the murderer was justified, but let's be honest, he wasn't the most stable or upstanding person in the world even before Chrissy was killed. He took it way too far when he started rounding up a lynch mob and targeting Eddie's friends, too.
