The Horizon 7.0 AT is Horizon’s entry point into their Studio series treadmills. This series was designed with runners in mind. The 7.0 AT has a 3.0 HP motor and a 20” x 60” running surface. The speed (0 to 12 mph) and incline (0 to 15%) should provide plenty of training variability for runners of all abilities.
Horizon does not create any subscription content for their treadmills. Instead, the brand allows their customers to rely on third-party apps on their smart devices. The 7.0 AT supports this style of training by providing two tablet racks, USB charging, an audio jack, and Bluetooth speakers.
In addition to standard speed and incline buttons, the 7.0 AT uses to dials for adjusting the speed and incline. The treadmill makes these adjustments very quickly, so users can keep up with any training content they might like to do and stay on pace during short intervals. The interval keys can be programmed by the user to quickly jump from one speed and incline setting to another.
The 7.0 AT also has built-in programs for walkers or runners who want to stick to a lower tech training style. The console is easy to navigate, so new users can get right into their workout. The displays are LCD and LED, so you can view your metrics either way.
The Horizon 7.0 AT Treadmill is a folding treadmill that uses hydraulic assistance to make storage even easier. The 7.0’s compact design makes it a great treadmill for home use, even when stored in a living room or bedroom. There are two transport wheels for moving the treadmill when necessary.

Great review! I got mine about a week ago. Very happy with it so far. My biggest gripe is the built in Bluetooth speakers. They are not loud enough. In fact I paired my iPad to them and at the highest volume the were about 50% lower then the built in speakers of the iPad itself. Other then that a great affordable treadmill.

Which of the following is better to buy? I am 5’10 runner Horizon 7.0 NordicTrack 7.5s Proform TLX

Any of those would work great. The NordicTrack will be the softest. If you don't care for iFIT training content, go with the Horizon 7.0 for more training options. The TLX is firm and great if you are preparing for an upcoming road race.

I would pick the Horizon 7.0 AT. The speed and incline changes are much faster and easier to make while running.

Running in zero shoes puts you at a different spec when reviewing the comfort of a deck, in my opinion.

I also factor in the opinions of my fellow reviewers who train in shoes with around a 10mm drop. I'm a biomechanist so when reviewing cushioning, I think about vertical displacement and the shock absorption of the materials.
