You can tell that Samson and Fouad were coached by John Meadows. He always preached being explosive during your movements. And you can definitely see those beliefs being implemented here

We don’t generally recommend stacking a full serving of each of the pre-workouts together because of the nitrate content, but you could stack half servings

Baggy shirts are a game changer. I don't know how all these IG wannabe kids wear gymshark shirts and shorts as tight as possible. When I was growing up athletic clothing was loose. Now it's like back to the 70s with these kids wearing extra tight booty shorts.

Quentin just got 3rd at tampa nowhere near dominating olympiad anytime soon Andrew jacked will get exposed next week standing next to decent guys and Samson got beat by Brandao earlier this year so yh he's pretty far off dominating an Olympia also.
