I would try this foundation with a drop or two of squalene . Usually I do this with heavy makeupy foundation and it works like a charm on my combination mostly oily very mature skin

Love the eye look today! That mascara looks fab, but a let down not being waterproof. I have always used sponge applicators for my lids and I use brushes on my upper eye. Can't get on with using fingers. I love Boots own sponge applicators, they are soft and one end is pointed, which is great for going along the top lash line. Also, they are not a lot of money. That matte purple shade looks gorgeous!x

I love the poofy hair alot and the mascara. The foundation looked like a mask, gosh. I would rather clear up my sunspots and pigmentation with the plethora of great products on the market than resort to heavy coverage.

I don't need length in my lashes because I wear 🤓 but volume, yasss 😅 and I use Chanel le volume but yesterday I was buying double wear and the lady give me Estee lauder mini sumptuous extreme volume mascara and I love it, I think it's lighter but better than le volume 🫢 I will continue using it but my lashes are fuller but light, no clumps, no spider legs 😂, im impressed 👍

Thanks Melda, I picked the green shade as after having my colours done I found out I'm a deep autumn and the main colour which is extremely flattering from head to toe is that shade of green. I'm sorry you don't like it x

What's your most recommended lipbalm/nourishing gloss thats no-sticky for people who are tempted to bite or pick dry lips? Other than vaseline, is there anything else to keep the lips moist and reduce the urge?

I don’t know about reducing the urge, but the inkey list lip plumping lip balm is very good. It’s not sticky at all, although stickiness is probably what you need to stop you from picking / biting. X

It’s interesting that you say the foundation was really heavy as, on the screen, it looks really nice. The finished look was beautiful. I would never have the courage to wear that eye palette but wow! It just shows what you can do with bold colours when you know what you’re doing! And even though they’re bold colours it actually looks very natural and subtle. I’d probably look like I was wearing a flag! Your hair is definitely looking like it has more volume. Can I ask a cheeky question and ask if you’ve had hair extensions? I only ask because I had pretty thin hair and had a few extensions in purely for volume and it made a huge difference. Loving the channel as always. Looking forward to seeing your mum! ❤

I use a standard portable desk/bathroom mirror. No magnification, no lights, just a standard mirror. X

I know you don't really like the foundation, but it looks beautiful on your skin after you've finished your makeup. Maybe that full cover was just a great base for everything else. You've never looked more beautiful!!

That mascara and highlight!!! Who cares about the ugly foundation!!!! 😅 I’m shocked that Givenchy recovered your foundation! Who is looking at the foundation when all we can see are lashes and glow! When applying mascara, could you please zoom in really close to the final result. On film and from a "whole face" distance, every mascara looks great. But I can't tell you how many "recommended" mascaras I've tried, which looked great on camera, that I have found to be utterly disappointing. Please show the final, dried down result for each brand. Thank you!
