Free flying is definitely the most amazing way to fly. Put a aircraft in a school bag, hike up to a hill and hit the send button. I though for sure you were going to wrap that wing around that pole at the end! LOL

Yeah, I know... my option was to stall the glider with a further left turn, but the surprise tailwind was the incorrectly assumed variable...

very nice. if i ever find a harness to fit my fat a$$ besides my paramotor i will prefer the sledride most. not too long time. not fighting with thermals or collapses. just have a nice 20 minute ride to the village below. thanks for taking us along. i just finished my DIY electric motor and was thinking to do the same. flying up a mountain. throttle to zero and just glide down.

The launch was worse! I didn't get a full wing until after I was past the edge.
