I have added your suggestion to the list but I can't promise the next child will be named this as the list is long and wouldn't be fair on others if I reshuffled ;)

Lord Jon, go get that Braavosi lad and your new knight lass jumping on the bed! There is some proper Kingsguard material to be bred! Also, name for a son "Teclis", focus on stewardship (with Tyrion in the game, he needs his brother from another universe) Name for a daughter "Lyra", focus on diplomacy

I only have names no education ideas as I usually wait a bit for the kid to age up before deciding the appropriate skill for them to learn Boy: Harlan Girl: Margaery

Piper for a girl, match her personality for education or diplomacy Edgar for a boy, also match his personality but lean towards stewardship Also if you need another name for an Acclaimed knight how about The Black Heron or The Waterfowl Knight
