Yes! Even as someone who generally favors Rhaenyra, it's so frustrating to see so many people dismiss Alicent like this. She's so well written, and Olivia Cooke is so good, and her motivations (whether you side with her or not) make total sense. There's just so much wrong with the way people think about her character. If Viserys did not name Rhaenyra as heir and remove Daemon, he would not have been pressured into marrying so soon, and had he accepted Daemon asking Rhaenyra in marriage, he would not need to even marry. Daemon and Rhaenyra would have heirs.

Technically, by law, a son comes before a brother (like the same reason why Jon Snow would've had a stronger claim than Viserys or Daenerys)

Yeah, watching kids fight this brutally is horrifying to watch, haven't felt this way since that Lord of the Flies film.

Especially when Luke, the youngest, did that scream of fear/rage, such a realistic response that little brothers do when they are pushed beyond the limits. He didn't attack until his brother was in danger. Such great acting and direction all around!

The kid actors did a fantastic job; they were credible before, during and after the fight scene.
