One of the kids had admitted that his father made him do it for the money, the first kids, Jordan Chandler did and the father committed suicide, shooting himself. This is why rich people like walking around with security guards, people jump in front of your car as you drive hoping to get a law suite or settlement, people can bump into you and say that you attacked them or injured them after injuring themselves later. Its why they associate with other rich people cause they have mortgages and conning you would be lifechanging money for them.
@kyle_Neville11 күн бұрын
That’s not true. Jordan Chandler did not recant anything. He signed an NDA as part of the agreement of the settlement. Him not MJ were allowed to talk about it. The woman got donations to pay for her kid's treatment only for everyone to find out it was already paid for, then she lied on a store security guard and got paid. She learned that lying works and gets you paid and was using her children for it constantly.
@MarlaSingersCancer8 күн бұрын
They had also previously sued JC Pennys over claiming they had sexually assaulted her, despite the fact that the original evidence showed this didn't happen. She hired acting coaches to teach the kids to go to court and claim they saw her being abused. JC Pennys decided to settle out of court to stop the bad press. Even the lawyers who worked for her then said it was all a lie. The legal secretary who worked for the Chandler family in the first case said it was all a lie and they'd been prepping Jordan.

This hurts me so much. I loved him like I can't even describe since before preschool, back in the early 90s, and no matter what was ever said about him I still loved him, whether the allegations were true or not. I couldn't help it. But I suspected the claims were false, and to see all this information come out confirming the allegations which tormented Michael the final 20 years of his life just hurts like hell
@shanshanx14Күн бұрын
Some pointers that I think are worth mentioning: 1. The first case was very tricky. His lawyers even tried to sue for extortion when that audio of Jordan's dad admitting he was suing purely to ruin Michael's career and get money leaked. The police did no investigation into that because the D.A was hellbent in arresting Michael. Michael tried to get a criminal trial done first to prove his innocence and was repeatedly denied. The judge insisted the civil suit be sorted out first and that's when his team encouraged him to settle because it was not going in his favour. It was his insurance company that paid over the money. People love saying he paid the chandlers off to keep quiet but that is not true. The suit was settled on the basis that Michael was not admitting any guilt and Jordan was still free to testify...Jordan refused and the case was ultimately dropped. Afterwards the law changed where a criminal trial had to be carried out first before a civil trial which is why michael ended up in court in 2004 because that family couldnt sue him the same way the chandlers did. Michael was determined to fight the case and not settle this time so he turned himself over to the police. 2. Gavin and Michael never slept in the same bed. People dont pay attention to the dialogue. Michael explicitly states that if Gavin's parents are okay with it then he can stay in his room. Gavin states that he'd sleep on the floor Michael disagrees because he was raised to always give up your bed to the guests. After a bit of playful back and forth he then says if you love me you take the bed I'll sleep on the floor which he does. It's also worth nothing that it wasnt just him and Gavin in the room either but no one ever mentions that because it ruins the picture they're trying to paint. 3. As for the whole sleeping with macaulay thing. Both Macaulay and Kieran were there along with their sister. People dont mention his sister because again it ruins the whole "michael likes sleeping with little boys" narrative. The fact of the matter is he had both boys and girls in his room a lot of times along with adults. Most times he did sleep on the floor, other times he was in bed but it was not a sexual thing. Yes it would seem weird to the average person to do so but it really wasn't. Kids often fell asleep in his room after playing games or watching movies. He was like a big brother to them and sometimes his own kids were there too. He never invited anyone to his room whenever kids came to neverland they'd asked to spend time with him and he only consented once their parents were okay with it. A lot of the times their parents would also be there too as confirmed in several court documents. There's even a video of a bunch of kids (both boys and girls) just playing around in his room with adults there as well. It was all completely innocent. This is all to say Michael was a people pleaser and he loved making people happy especially kids. He saw kids as the only individuals that never wanted anything from him and it unfortunately backfired. Don't judge him based only on what you see on the surface. He wasnt a weirdo either, he was just a man trying his best to find happiness in an unhappy situation. A bit of research goes along way rip mj

I'm just going to say this, and I know people won't like it. I do not believe Michael Jackson assaulted or anything wrong to any kids. However, a grown ass man should not be hosting sleepovers with kids, and the kids' parents sure as hell shouldn't be sending their kids to sleepovers at a celebrities' place. Both are creepy, and I will never condone it.
@nostalgia397912 күн бұрын
His willingness to help kids to that extent is seen as weird because it's hard to understand how his childhood affected him. Man had his demons and wanted to help kids' who might be going through that. Showing them love (yeah ik that sounds weird) and giving them a peaceful and calm place to stay is his way of doing that. He never had a place like that to begin with, so he gives what he didn't have.

Let’s be real, MJ could’ve had any kid & number of kids if he was a pedo, so I have to ask what made these kids special?
@roxienatura10 күн бұрын
@@APrime25 If it weren’t a celebrity you loved and invested in, would you honestly be okay with a grown man sharing a bed with little kids in their underwear? Is there really any context where that’s okay?
@APrime2510 күн бұрын
@@roxienatura I never said anything about loving or investing in Michael Jackson. I’m just aware they dogged a man in court because he was nicer than any one of his status had a right to be. The parents USED their children for financial gain. No parent was ever obligated to leave their kid & they were usually on the property, meaning they could’ve checked their kid that morning. If you harm a child in a way they’re not used to, better believe it’s gonna be weird tomorrow. Kids wouldn’t have been waving bye & smiling. MJ was a weird guy, but he was also nice, respectful, soft spoken & spiritual. I can’t imagine what being one of the most talented & famous people in the world from like 8 yrs old does to a personality, but it seemed like Michael was one of the better options. No kid that’s not mine would ever be in the bed w/ me, but my bed isn’t the size of a living/dining room floor plan. I’ve slept on the same floor w/ people (including kids) that I wasn’t related to & no one was uncomfortable. When I wonder if it would be weird if it was a bed, but the same size, I don’t really know. It’s at this point that I remember “Oh yeah, my ‘rules’ don’t necessarily apply to a mf that has giraffes & monkeys, trains & ferris wheels outside.” We, as a society, love to speak on stuff that we can’t relate to and/or all after the fact & it’s kind of BS. All signs point to his mentality being closer to those kids than mine is to my own son, and kids sleeping in a bed together never bothered anybody. As an adult I don’t even want the stuff that he had at his house, but as a child that stuff sounds lit.
@roxienatura10 күн бұрын
@@APrime25But that’s the thing: Saying that the rules don’t apply to someone with a Ferris wheel, monkeys, and all those things is essentially saying he’s above the expectations of how an adult interacts with a young child. Including physical / intimate interactions (and sharing a bed, whether there’s sexual contact or not, is intimate). MJ is not above those expectations, and we would never excuse that kind of inappropriate behavior from an adult who wasn’t a cultural pop star.
@APrime2510 күн бұрын
@@roxienatura An adult is expected not to touch a child inappropriately. They’re expected to keep children safe. As long as that happens, all the other stuff is cultural. I have no idea what sleeping in the same bed between adults & children are for other countries & cultures. I just know that unless some sort of harm is caused, anything that is comfortable for the adult & child should not be hated on regardless of my personal feelings based on my cultural upbringing. Just because I wouldn’t let my child spend the night in MJs bed, doesn’t mean it’s not safe or that anyone who was ok w/ it is wrong. If MJ, the kids & their parents were ok w/ it, how is it my place to judge them? I think there may be something wrong w/ us if we truly believe that the only way an adult can be expected NOT to be inappropriate w/ a child is if we keep them separated. I had to share a bed w/ a male friend once on vacation in my young 20s, and there was a moment when I wondered if it was weird. Neither of us is homosexual, we didn’t have a way to create a comfortable pallet on the floor, we needed sleep & there was 1 bed. Not only did nothing happen except sleep, but I’ve challenged my entire reasoning of the situation. What if he was gay? Should I be afraid to sleep w/ him then? No, because my friends have never assaulted anyone. I realized how ignorant my thinking was & I’m simply applying that logic here. Any adult uncomfortable sleeping w/ children is fine, but, as long as no harm is caused, it should be fine for adults to share a bed w/ a child. For the record, I don’t even let my 6yr old sleep in my bed unless something is wrong, because we can’t sleep comfortably. He’s only slept in my bed a handful of times his entire life, as I sleep trained him to his crib within the 1st month of him being born. But it would be crazy for me to judge parents who let their kids sleep in the bed w/ them.

Michael Jackson was like King Midas. He had the golden touch. People used him to make money cause anything with his name on it sells and the bottom line its always about the money. Its sad how they crucified him before his death, and after his death, they are still trying to make him out to be a monster. The price of fame

It's a messed up world when the people who were there will never believe the full story. Like I only figured out what a scam this all was last year and its a tough pill to swallow. We know he's a little weird and had issues. Hell, most of his life was stolen and its a miracle he didn't turn out worse. But the media image is so laced with creep cap that you feel dirty acknowledging the facts. Also love the wide screen and longer stories. You got a gift for this.

I think one of Michael's biggest weaknesses is his kindness. He was too kind for his own good that people took advantage of it. That's why the family lied about their son being molested by him. That and he was pretty bad at explaining certain things. Like sharing his room with children. I can see why it rubbed a lot of people the wrong way

Having sleepovers with kids definitely crosses a boundary. I understand that he had trauma but it’s important to teach kids what healthy relationships with adults look like. You can’t be friends with little kids when you’re an adult. You can care for them, you can help them, but you aren’t their friend. There’s also a certain level of physical contact that you should stay away from as an adult and mentor figure in their life. I don’t agree with the way the media reported the situation but I also don’t agree with all of Michael Jackson’s actions.

@@vinvinvichii I don't think texting existed when all this happened my guy And on top of that being an aquantence with someone is such a surface level interaction devoid of any emotional connection, I'm not saying you should be best friends with a kid but like you can give them the love and attention you give a friend without that being a problem, you know, treat them like actual human being and not just polyps that will eventually grow into a human Two of my best friends have 2 kids each, all between the ages of 10 and 6 and I'm friends with all four, they enjoy being with me and I enjoy being with them. I make them happy by actually engaging and spending time with them and being able to make them happy makes me happy, it also encourages them to explore their passions because there are people that will listen to them and actually descuss it with them without being condescending about it, it also give my friends a break from them. I do not act that way with aquantences, you will simply never convince me that these interactions that are good and healthy for both sides are a bad thing just because some people completly external from the situation abuse kids To be honest it sounds to me like you're just projecting this because you'd feel weird interacting respectfully with a child

Thanks for making this video Xevi. Other things thats important to mention with the first trial. It was Evan Chandler the Father who started these allegations, initially June and Jordi denied these allegations. Evan Chandler is caught on a phone call to Jordi's stepfather talking about how hes gonna win and how the outcome of this situation for Jordi is irrelevant to him. He also tried to sue MJ over some songs in HIStory and wanted to be paid by Michael so he could make his own album.... The last interaction Evan had with Jordi was him trying to k*ll him using a Dumbell in 2005 apparently a firearm was also involved.

I believe Michael Jackson wasn't guilty however his child like voice and letting kids sleep in same bed made him seem guilty and i think the reason Michael was so close to kids was because he never got to have a childhood so gave other kids the childhood he never had.
