Do you feel your mom or dad is a narcissist?
Maybe you self-diagnosed them by googling what are the qualities of a narcissist, or a therapist told you your parent is one.
Regardless, for some, it can feel like a bit of a relief to know you aren’t the problem or you aren’t crazy; for others, it feels quite confusing because you don’t know exactly what to do with that information.
And the only remedies that you are given are to create more boundaries with your parents or disconnect.
I disagree with both of these ways.
