Congrats man! I think I would want to be a w2 CRNA, I’m gonna start Donating to the Anesthesiologist Foundation in June since It was hard for me to go to college to be a Anesthesiologist after I graduated high school in 08 because of my cerebral palsy! You always rock!

Do u think it is feasible for a new grad to do 1099? Not in the sense of getting the LLC, an advisor, disability and other insurances, etc. but more so in the sense of lack of "real world experience". I have constantly heard that a new grad should do W2 for experience, then to transition over. What's your thoughts? Thanks Dr. Bolt, CRNA !!!
