I've always done the L.O.C. method. Liquid, including water, Oil. My hair responds to Olive oil, and lastly, conditioner. Either deep condition, or a leave in conditioner if I'm wearing it natural which, I do in Summer. It's worked for me beautifully.

Good for you. Remember when you start having scalp issues that it comes from buildup you’ve caused with the loc method. Your hair only absorbs 36% product on the hairshaft. Your hair will only absorb 36% of the first product you put on the hair. The mother products are just setting on your hair and clogging your follicles. Please remember you were warned. It's been working. Wish I watched your videos before wasting money on all these hair creams and lotions 😩 using oils works just fine! I used to moisturize my hair at least every other day and once in awhile did the greenhouse effect buy my hair didn’t like it. I forced it upon my hair just like people force cigarettes in their system. My hair hated it, and was screaming but, I didn’t listen.😢 My hair was dry, dry, dry, because it lacked moisture because I kept my scalp oil, and it was simply weak and tired. Combing the hair daily only works if you straighten your hair. I wear my hair curly, I wash and set my curls once per week. If I comb my hair my curls will be destroyed. When I wear my hair straight I comb twice a day. Once to style then later to put it up for bed. I have a routine. I have mid back length hair. I learned a lot if lessons. Because they make the most off of you when your sick. If they push something that looks as if it helps as it destroys you you’ll always be in need. Your knowledge makes them no money.

Please do a tutorial for the information you provided. For example all porosity types, density's, products and 3 simple styles ( a bun, twist and braids) bc it's gonna take the children years to figure/master what you talking about Willis? Eg, someone with low porosity and high density, etc. For folks in the nose bleed, section, cheap seats and small yellow school buses. Yet again, thanks 4 the science. Luv ya Nana 💗 Now, I'm get in here and have a entire conversation with my hair during wash day. "28 day cycle, hydral fatigue, hydrogen bond, and sebum" Hair what in the hell are you talking about? Me, I don't know that's what Nana said so we gonna do it! SHUT THE HELL UP AND JUST DO IT PLZ 😂

@@IamCynDoll k, will do bc my wash day was under 3 hours but still 2 long and still didn't know what I was doing. But give me an e for effort bc I learned I have low, dense porosity hair. I no longer grease my scalp and prepo with oil to detangle, which helped with breakage, length retention and shampooing no later than 2 weeks. Now, I have 2 stop spritz going my hair with water daily. I'm still trying 2 learn her instead of reintroducing myself every wash day 🤣. Don't stop won't stop. I'm not going 2 give up. Thanks 4 all u do. You're so appreciated. Stay safe and well 🙏 💕 ❤ 💓 💖 💗

For the last 2 months (June/July) I’ve been going to the Dominican salon, every 6 weeks + I got my ends cut in June I’m realizing my hair is better stretched Is every 6 weeks bad as far as heat ? Can I go that long without washing my scalp ? 🥴 just for the sake of keeping it stretched ❤️

Your skin cells die off every 28 days but dead skin is released everyday along with acid, yeast and good bacteria. 6 weeks is almost two skin cell turnover cycles. After 6 weeks with no shampoo there are old dead skin cells that were never removed plus all the good yeast and bacteria has turned bad. Shampoo your hair every two weeks unless your keeping it braided.

Doesn’t shampoo remove sebum?
@IamCynDoll
@IamCynDoll 11 ай бұрын
Shower gel removes sebum from your skin but it’s back daily that’s why you shower daily. There is no difference shampoo your hair to prevent build up the same way your shower and wash your face daily to remove sebum. There is no space or difference between the skin on your face and the skin on your scalp.
@500deanna
@500deanna 10 ай бұрын
@@IamCynDoll But doesn’t it take time (weeks) to get the sebum down the shaft especially if you have long hair, just to shampoo it all out? As for removing sebum from the face and body daily we must also replace its removal with facial moisturizer and body lotion. What should we use to replace the sebum that was removed from our hair while we wait weeks for the sebum to come down to the ends?
@IamCynDoll
@IamCynDoll 10 ай бұрын
No these are all myths from youtube. Simply combing your hair moves it. No hacks or tricks. Sebum is a waxy substance it’s not a oily substance it doesn’t just glide down you have to move it down. It doesn’t just travel does slowly. Combing your hair does that it’s very simple.

Sebum is not waxy, it’s a natural oil constantly produced by your sebaceous glands. It does move down the shaft of strands on its own and is what causes the hair to look and feel oily. It may be a slower/faster process of moving down the shaft, depending on how much sebum you produce…but it moves on its own. You don’t necessarily need to comb it

I’ve been doing this for 17 years. If we prepare our hair properly on wash day yes we can. You are from the generation before me and you all did not have it figured out. Just because you don’t understand how to do something doesn’t mean it can’t be done. It’s very possible millions of women around the world do it you just don’t understand how. It’s not possible for you because you don’t get it. Thanks hanks for watching!

I wash blow dry and run a straightener through my hair regularly. Curls are still in tack and hair has never been healthier. I have an interracial family. We all care for our hair the same way. Hair is hair. Lots of women of other races have curly hair and they just blow dry it for manageability 🤷🏽‍♀️ Some women you would never know they have curly hair. Nothing wrong with wearing curly hair but for manageability’s sake lots of women of all backgrounds alter their hair. Thank you cyn doll!
