One point of order. I know that even you classified yourself as a 4A at one point plus you have an OVER PRODUCTION OF SEBUM; well I'm a 4C and _Sebum_ does not travel that easily down my hair shaft. So what do I do about 'moisture'?

People with highly textured hair CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT brush their hair everyday. Also we'd be bald I'd we detangled our hair dry. I think you are talking to the wrong people.

Once you learn and follow Cyndoll recommendations for caring for hair the natural way, your hair will not fall out, because the Sebum you are brushing into your hair will strengthen the hair shaft! My curly hair disagrees lol I brush my hair once a week and only when it's wet and full of conditioner. And my hair is very thick multitextured and growing since I started doing it this way

I never moisturize my daughters hair with product and her hair be growing like crazy, its all thick. I think the hair products be messing up our texture, making it thinner weaker etc. Its like we are saying the most high made our hair wrong so we do everything to change it, make it softer, etc, he did not make any mistakes with our hair. It grows out of our scalp how the most high intended it to grow. I noticed when i stop shampooing and putting products ny hair feels stronger and thicker. My husband as well do not put nothing in his hair and he wets it everyday in the shower and it grows perfectly fine. Hes not putting a butter cream then oil and all this bullshit.

I have long thick relaxed hair. I find a lot of value in Cyn Dolls videos. I personally have matted my hair from neglect or wrong products. Experience taught me to come out the matts and tangles on dry hair as in not wet. And the same rules apply to my grandchildren who are not relaxed.

Thank you for sharing this valuable information! This is so helpful! I do have a question, because some people have curly cores hair and they don’t do anything that you are saying and everything that that you speak of as being unhealthy for the hair, yet their hair flourish! Then some follow healthy hair routines and their hair is healthy sure, but it’s still stays just maybe alittle past shoulder length. So is it just genetics at that point, or perhaps diet etc?

Hey Cyn. Thanks for all of the videos and education. I’m in a tough spot…my hair is cut short. It’s a little longer at the top and faded around the perimeter. So things that I use for my ends will get on my scalp, unfortunately. Mind you, I wash, condition and use leave in every Sunday. My hair still feels a tad bit dry 🤷🏾‍♀️. How do I treat my little twa? I wash my hair once a week or if it gets itchy during the weak while I work out. I blow dry it lightly add some grease to my hair not my roots and braid it. This makes my hair grow like crazy. MY mama did my this way as a child and I always had long hair.

A Braider is only legally allowed to braid. It’s illegal for licensed Braider’s to shampoo and blow dry. They are only suppose to braid. They license doesn’t allow them to shampoo that’s why you have to come with clean hair. It’s not their job as a Braider to shampoo n blow out. Know the laws of your state so you know who to select.

Sorry to bother you again Cyn Doll my mom wanted me to ask 3 question. After applying the leave in conditioner do we wait to detangle hair when it's dry or when the hair is damp because me and mom both have high porosity hair and our fine hair dries fast. I don’t comment much, but I watch a ton of your videos and have practice most of what you say. I just have one question do I need to moisturize my 6 month old son hair? Since he’s been born I’ve only washed his hair and apply rose water and almond oil when I wash it but other than that I leave it alone.

No he has sebum like you do. Don’t add oil. Shampoo with baby shampoo that gas conditioner in it and leave his hair alone. He just hit her sis.

My understanding is that you don't. She said the seabum is enough to moisturize the scalp and hair follicles. But the scalp must be clean and the hair follicles must be open and not blocked. Because the follicles are blocked, hence the reason why we suffer from dryness no matter how much we moisturize our hair.

Please explain because we're all open to new suggestions but all you're ultimately saying is that our hair is only manageable when straight or "stretched."
