Our cabin is off grid which means it doesn't have a Power company providing electricity to it. The Bluetti power stations have been the way we have lights and fans at the cabin. The Bluetti AC200P will run our lights and fans.
POWER WEEK with massive sales and huge discounts on popular Bluetti models. Starts Aug 20th through the 30th, 2021

Hi Mr.danny - my husband drove to Arkansas when we lost power in February with that freak COLD COLD WEATHER for more then a week .. He got a big gas generator ,but seriously the gas stations were closed also - ran out of firewood for our fire place & propane for gas grill on deck. So got a solar generator from 4 patriots .but need another to make sure our deep freezer & frig stays ok if LCE happens .. Thank u for always great information. Josette Tharp

Danny you should check out gasification (Wood gas) . You can run a gas generator on wood gas . It would be a good back up to all of your back ups. .In WW2. IN Europe the country ran its cars& tractors on wood gas. You can compress it in to propaine bottles for use on any combustion engine. Yall keep up the good work.

Good info. I don’t have Bluetti. I have solar generators from EcoFlow. I have 2 of the Delta Pros and 4 Smart extra batteries for a total of 6 batteries at 21.8 kWh of backup power. The batteries are connected to the EcoFlow Smart Home Panel. The Smart Home Panel acts as a automatic transfer switch when the power goes out. I love the system so far.

I've had the same unit about five months, with three portable solar panels rated at 360 watts. It works great. You can charge the battery while using the generator power and monitor watts in and what you are using. The wireless charger on top will not charge a iPhone, just android I guess. It will run everything in my house except heat pump, electric stove, well pump and electric drier. It would have to be moved from refrigerator in house to two chest freezers in garage. Also I just bought a small window ac it wont run that. I have a gas generator for higher loads but I can only store so much gas safely.

Quality gear choice. Well done, money well spent. My only issue with all of such, is electronics and possible solar events, and fires. None of the newer Li Ion batteries should be kept in a place that cant withstand an immense fire hazard, and I mean steel or serious brick. I would be very upset to know you lost so much time and effort from such burning it all down. So please, for absolute certainty? Get some form of serious container for those? Love you two, great choices and wise decisions. Thanks for sharing.

It should be able to run the freezer. Check the usage and divide that into 1800 to get how many hours it would last without recharging. They are close to 90% efficient so 90% of the 2000 watts is 1800. If your freezer pulls 100 watts, you would get 18 hours run time. If you charge it with solar panels during the day and have good sun for 5-7 hours it should recharge and be good for 18 more hours. So consider the solar panels to go along with the Bluetti.
