Do you do Grand juries in Washington?

Thank you Mr. Fryear. I have a problem. Two years ago this December I was in my cities public parking garage. As I was walking across the driveway someone blast around the back corner and raced towards me with no regard for me. I yelled at him to slow down but he flipped me off and kept speeding around the corner to the front of the garage which is where I has headed. When I reached the stair well the driver flipped me off again. I told him to knock it off and slow down. He said they were going to beat the Sxxx out me. I told them to stay in the truck and behave themselves but they threatened me again and the driver started to exit the truck. I told him to stay in the truck or this former Marine would knock out his lights. He got back into the truck and they were having a huge belly laugh ovrer it. The guy on the passenger side handed him someting and they started laughing about bashing in my head. I told them again to stay in the truck but he started to leave it again. I then took a pepper spray can out my pocket and made sure he saw it but he continued to exit so I sent a strait steam of pepper spray into the truck to give them an odor of what was coming their way if they continued their attack on me. The drive leaned back and caught some of spray against his head so he pulled in his leg and and drove around the corner. I thought it was over so I drove out so they couldn't damage my vehicle. Two months later two police cars pulled up as I was working on my engine and asked if it was my truck, I said yes it is. the lead officer said it was involved in an incident in the parkign garage that involved pepper spray. I told him the only time I use it is for self defense. He asked if that was what it was. I said absolutely that's what it was and I told them what happened. He said you're not under arrest but I'm sending a report to the Deputy D.A. and she will decide. A month later I received a letter from her telling there was an assault charge filed against me. I had told the cops those punks lied to them but after I got an attorney I received a copy of their report. He had told the D.A. his reason to file a charge was because I didn't act like someone who was assaulted. They actually took the word of those three punks over mine even though I told them those punks had lied to them. Now I have a fraudulent assault charge against me. I'm a veteran so my attorney had the charge transferred to a Veteran's Court and recommended I be entered into a Divergence Program which is what I've been doing for nearly a year. But I can't get a job because the cops and court are slandering me when the companies do a background check on me. What can I do to stop all of this? I'd appreciate your advice. Thank you.

If u keep calling the prosecutors office to check on the status of a charge . They may prioritize that case in particular because u keep calling in about it , and charge the individual when otherwise they would have never gotten to it and the statue expired . Why remind them ?
