Awesome! I actually do something similar with my raw liver. I've been eating it for about 3 weeks straight now and I feel amazing. My skin is soooo beautiful. It's normally clear but now it has a vibrant glow. I eat it 5 days a week. Idk how much is too much but I'm sure my body will give me a sign if I go too far. Great video. Thanks

That’s so cool! I love hearing liver stories, in my opinion you can never have too much liver;)

I think all the problems mentioned could be solved with cutting it into small pieces, ozonating it (machine can be bought for 30$), then blended and You could portion it with pastry bag ;)) This way: - No bacteria and parasites - It is pre-digested - You can prepare pieces of similar size

That’s an interesting idea! Does ozonating kill off any nutrients or beneficial bacteria? I would assume no - but I’d look into that… I’ve also hear Ozone isn’t great to be breathing in though it does disinfect - how do you handle that?
@rafasztandera3079
@rafasztandera3079 Жыл бұрын
I've done some research and as far as I know it is deadly only to mold, parasites bacteria and viruses. It doesn't react with nutrients, so I guess it would be perfect for our purpose. But You're right, breathing ozone is toxic. I often ozone veggies and fruits to rid them of pesticides, I always do that on my balcony. I got Hashimotos. Today after seeing Your vid, first time in years I've eaten 100g beef liver. After an hour I was so energetic and satiated, I couldn't believe. The effect did last whole day. Definitely repeating that tomorrow. I'll prepare ozoned liver bites using 500g liver during the weekend. I'll update You on how it went ;))

@@rafasztandera3079 That's good to know! Wow - I'm so glad you saw results - I get that exact same feeling with liver. I am convinced we were created to eat it. I have been making liver pate lately and have been consuming so much - my hormonal issues have made dramatic improvements. I didn't realize at the time I filmed this video that I wasn't even eating enough... lol. People think I am crazy but the results prove themselves.

This is a great idea! I am very deficient in many things and cannot increase my iron even though I was taking iron tablets . I’m hoping liver will be the answer to feeling good again . You’re rosy cheeks give me hope . I haven’t had rosy cheeks for decades🤦‍♀️

Haha! Yes it has been very helpful in managing nutrient levels. The crazy thing about most iron supplements is that it’s not in bioavailable form which basically means it’s not easily absorbed - most people actually don’t see the best results with iron tablets. But iron in liver is very easily assimilated;)

Not sure I understand swallowing the pieces whole, as chewing is what helps bring out the nutrients which are now potentially getting neutralized with stomach acid.
@wholenesscampaign
@wholenesscampaign Жыл бұрын
That’s definitely a good point - I try to prepare my stomach acid by drinking some meat stock and/or fermented brines before hand. Personally I still notice benefit even when I forget to do that so that’s just been my experience but if it doesn’t work for you - you could try liver paté! I’ve been eating that a lot lately too and it’s very yummy with chicken livers.

I have just come across your channel. Eating liver daily has it made your iron/ ferritin levels raise. I am tired of iron deficiency I am considering eating it daily to avoid anemia.
@wholenesscampaign
@wholenesscampaign Жыл бұрын
It’s really helped my iron levels - I tested really low ferritin which is a sign of gut imbalance and between liver and meat stock it went up like crazy. The symptoms of iron deficiency are gone. Liver is the best source of iron I know. If you’re not ready for raw liver try the desiccated capsules!

Is it safe to eat it daily? I heard the vitamin A is so high in liver so consuming it once a week is better??
@wholenesscampaign
@wholenesscampaign 25 күн бұрын
This is a common myth. High doses of synthetic vitamin a can be harmful but anything coming from food will have the right balance of other nutrients to properly absorb the vitamin an and keep it from accumulating in tissues to cause problems. I eat it every day and have only ever benefitted.

How long have you eaten liver everyday... I thought about eating liver everyday but I was wondering if there are any side effects of eating liver everyday?
@wholenesscampaign
@wholenesscampaign 2 жыл бұрын
I’ve been eating it daily for over a year now - I haven’t noticed any side effects - if I skip a day I recognize the feeling now, my mood is off, I’m more fatigued and brain foggy. It’s so nutrient dense I would say you’d be hard pressed to find any negative effects. Just source it from a good organic grass fed (or free range) source! And freeze it for a couple of weeks before eating to kill off any possible bad bacteria. They used to give liver to sick people and pregnant women because it is so jam packed with nutrients. It’s the best!

It depends - if I’m eating organ meat that day sometimes none, I will sometimes throw a few in my smoothie, generally 5-10 pieces to swallow depending on what I’m able to source and how much I feel my body needs.
