Paul explains if cooking or freeze-drying meat/organs depletes the nutrients and how it relates to protein digestibility. He also touches on egg contamination and egg yolks versus egg whites.

It's sounds like Saladino is undecisive on consuming raw meat. He opts out for a half measure cooking the meat to medium rare and eating beef liver completely raw. I do agree on eggs though, it's better to cook the egg white and eat the yolk raw. I really believe there's not enough research and data on humans consuming raw meat.

I haven't see you cover why eating raw meat/etc isn't a bad idea: Cooking kills bacteria & parasites, and I would think that outweighs any loss of nutrients.

Egg proteins are absorbed on average of 10% better when cooked. Meat is the same. Funnily enough the microwave provides better egg absorption at 11%, where stove top is only 8%

Raw and undercooked meat has more parasites they say, they also say not to thoroughly cook meats as this destroys vital nutrients, then they say this and that...all depending on what they're selling us that day. I say eat your food the way you like, I don't like runny eggs or pink steak so i cook my foods well. I also eat fresh fruits, veggies, drink borehole water and I'm healthy and fit for a 50 year old

Carnivore MD. Sounds more like Omnivore MD. The ancestral diet was a mixture of both meat and plants. Carnivores are primarily or exclusively meat eaters, look up the definition.
