If you guys are dealing with this I’d recommend using black pepper oil and leaving it on the pecks over night. It got rid of mine drastically. Piperine is anti tumor, anti cancer, anti lipoma and removes excess fat cells. I’ll be definitely keeping it around if my man boobs ever come back give it a shot

@@1bigpharma I’d recommend two types. First is black pepper oil second is Frankenste oil not sure if I spelled right. You just rub it In for few minutes leave over night, add a bit of coconut oil to it. I found these to help alot and reduce the size permanently as long as you keep a healthy life style. Also I know this is going to sound redundant but lay off sugars especially artificial. Like donuts, margaritas, Cake, pie, Soda. At least try to limit them. Oh and idk if this works but I heard using suction cups may help

Please redo a video on legs. You used to say to split the weight by doing single legged lifts for legs. But now I see you doing normal squats and deadlifts in these vids

I heard the soy estrogen was debunked? Any thoughts People across east asia eat a ton of tofu and have less chest fat but then again they have low fat in general. Like when i was in japan most meals start with a miso soup which is soy, soy in the sauce, soy milk

Soy does not increase estrogen in men. We have multiple meta analyses on this already and I wish you would have looked it up before spreading misinformation about such a healthy food. Phytoestrogens in soy have never been demonstrated in an actual proper trial to have feminizing effects. There are a couple case studies where it did but the guy was eating absurd amounts of soy in a day, like laughably high amounts.

Also, virtually every major health organisation in the world recommends eating soy on a regular basis. And no major health organization in the world recommends eating cholesterol to increase testosterone 🤡 “Healthy fats” does not include cholesterol or saturated fat. Healthy fats are widely accepted to be poly and mono unsaturated fatty acids, as affirmed once again by virtually every major health institution in the world. This is why everyone should consult an actual dietitian about nutrition advice and not KZfaqrs.

FYI, cashew nuts should be avoid as it is quick carb. Try Macadamia next time. Macadamia is the best nuts for body builders.

There are many many many men that have huge bellies but little to no chest fat. Gynecomastia tissue is different and can exist at any body fat level.

I love your down to earth videos! They’re very relatable. ’ve been doing push ups, bench presses, cable workouts and fly machine for years and it’s great for my chest but how do I get those side parts or outer part of the chest to develop? Always get a laugh when soy is mentioned. It's a red flag that you havent actaully read any of the studies and base your advice on rumours and headlines. If dietary estrogen is a concern for you, cut all dairy and eggs. Thats what the reasearch actually shows. Good video otherwise!

I used to only do incline bench and now my upper chest is pretty decent, but my lower chest is severely lacking. I’ve looked up exercises to try and target that area but I haven’t progressed at all. I’m doing dips and flat bench mostly for chest. Sometimes incline push-ups. Any advice? From anyone honestly. Thanks.

false: soy has Isoflavones daidzin and genistin which is glycoside of daidzein and genistein. and they have estrogenic activities. yes its not raise estrogen but it work like estrogen. so basically stop promoting soy

There’s a link with phytoestrogens which has nothing to do with the human hormone beyond its name. This is a great channel but it SOMETIMES dips it’s toes into the bro pseudoscience.

It's a bit of a rant but I find it annoying when people add chicken breast in their food and then proudly claim how much protein there is as if it's some genius recipe. Yeah I can also make a meal with 500g of protein if I add a ton of chicken to it. It's more difficult to achieve without chicken or lean beef.
