Per SEVERAL request, this is how I got started with yoga.
I know it can look intimidating at first, especially when you don’t see many people practicing who look like you or have your body type. Yoga is a journey that requires consistency. Practicing regularly is the only way that I’ve been able to process. Yes, it may be frustrating with tight muscles but stretching regularly is the only way to loosen up. Namaste!🧘🏾♀️
