Hope you all are well!
In this video i'll be showing you how I go from extremely dry hair to moisturised locks. I unfortunately didn't have time to tend to my hair over the past few weeks and of course as a result it ended up being very dry BUT I was able to moisturise it again this wash day.

Pantene 3 minute miracle conditioner
Camille rose algae renew deep conditioner
Jamaican black caster oil - any oil will do.

Why do I wash my hair with gloves? I just don't like the feeling of product and shed hair on my hands plus it stops my nails snagging on my hair.

I started using gloves because of you. Best thing I did no nasty wet hand feeling + it’s easier to detangle and my hair has been flourishing.

Yo, washing your hair with gloves is such a game changer . I think my hair has grown because of it and my nails stopped breaking and chilling so much.

I just used gloves during my recent wash day since I mixed blue dye in my conditioner to preserve my hair color. It was def a game changer !! They will be a permanent fixture in my wash day routine from now on!

Try with a comb first. I hardly use a brush straight

Try wetting ur hair, then use a conditioning detangler spray, then detangle with ur fingers, then use the detangler brush.

Detangle with oil and very little water using a Felicia leatherwood detangling brush. Click on the website link from her IG. There are fake brands so beware; amazon sells the fake too.

Not sure if anybody realizes this but if you let water run through your hair for a little bit longer shampoo and leather up a bit better. This in turn will allow you to use less shampoo and repeat less often

Like last night, I washed my hair and I got 2 different curl teasing brushes to make my curls define and pop out after I moisturized it, and my curls weren’t even showing. I used each brush separately and it seemed like both weren’t working. Can someone explain what I did wrong?

I have a question. The beginning of the video you hair looks matted and tangled - what exactly do you do when you rinse you hair cause in the video you detangle after you shampoo. It looks like you detangle while you rinse your hair in the beginning or am i wrong ?

I have low porosity, fine, type 4 hair. Any recommendations on hydrating and moisturising sulfate free shampoos that will not dry my hair out? (I dont mind shampoos with low protein content) I have been eyeing the KeraCare Curlessence Moisturing Shampoo and the Shea Moisture Shampoos in general.

I've never seen a plastic cap that big. Even before I loc'd my hair I had to use shopping bags. If there is anywhere to buy those online can you link it in the video description please? Also your hair is gorgeous! I missed my loose hair for the first couple of minutes and then I remembered how much I hate detangling.

The shampoo does lather well if you’re hair is dirt because the surfactants are working at cleaning. They’re fighting for surface area on your hair which the “dirt” is covering. Also your hair was shower wet I think so that also plays a part in lathering. Your hair is amazing!
