Hello Donna! So chuffed for you with your brilliant weight loss ~ go you!! As you say you got to do what you got to do, and it's clearly working so I know you will be in your holiday clothes in time for your flight!! Just a quick update for you I am now a slimming world consultant.. so proud of myself to be in such a privileged position. I never thought when I was 5 stone overweight that I would one day be standing on front of people who are standing where I once was needing my help to get them to target! Very humbling and I love helping people so it's really rewarding! Take care and keep going you are brilliant! PS I loved your spring cleaning series, got loads of great ideas from you and you have inspired me to do my own.. Thank you! xx

Hi Donna I was so interested to see this video as I bought the same powder a couple of weeks ago. So pleased for you that it's working and have to say a bit envious as i just couldn't get on with it. Firstly I found it so sweet I couldn't stomach it but also the caffeine effected me so bad, my heart was going crazy, so had to stop taking it. Totally agree that it fills you up and takes out the stress of having to decide what to eat which I also suffer with. I think as long as it's working for you and you're not seeing any bad side effects then you go for it. I look forward to seeing your future results and wish you all the success

+said by sarah I have a very sweet tooth so it's perfect for me but i found adding raspberries takes some sweetness away. I read all those types of reviews hun about palpitations etc. I guess because i also had a lot of caffeine in my diet prior to the shakes i was used to that too. If i get so much as a flutter in my chest i will stop having it, but so far so good. Thanks hun xxx

fab video seems like a really good genuine review and update! well done on losing 4lb! I feel in the exact same boat as you, with constantly thinking about food! Im also doing protein world slender blend, just powder and am just about to start my 3rd week of one shake a day and one meal a day! i lost 6lb in my first week and 1lb in my second week, so half a stone in total so far! good luck with it, finally found a good review on this, fab watch! xx

Donna Dyble not very hungry which is good! Shake for breakfast and lunch with fruit snacks and healthy tea. Fingers crossed this time it'll work! Always inspired by your experiences Donna ! X

I believe in you , You can do it . my problem is.... potatoes , pasta type foods , always felt heavy , bloated . SP type meals on slimming world works for me but... , I tried every diet going before slimming world and.... always ended up feeling I was missing out , I love food , I love cooking and watching people cook . I will follow and cheer you on all... the... way xx

Best of luck Donna! Well done on the weight loss so far! Very low carb always helps me as I can go overboard once I start eating carbs. I 100% believe that carbs effect the brains of some people like drugs do - not all people but definitely some. Most of these people go on to develop diabetes as their bodies have an inability to metabolise carbs and keep blood sugars balanced. You mentioned that youre a food addict but I'd say you're more likely a carb/sugar addict. I bet you've never gone overboard on pure fat and protein foods?? Anyway I'm waffling. Thanks so much for sharing your journey. I always love your videos xxx

are you finding you are getting more in touch with your hunger Donna? i try to do mindful eating such as eating more slowly but its not always practical when got children and they need attending to

+June Ingram Because the shakes aren't food as such it just means i'm not thinking about food & i'm drinking the shakes as a way of sustenance which essentially is what food is for. X

Hi Donna, I use my fitness pal and love it, however it does always seem to set everyone (women anyway) who wants to lose weight at 1200 calories a day so I've used other apps to see what a more realistic calorie goal is. Just something worth thinking about if you're using it to track calories 😊

Protein is the way to go Donna! Protein, some healthy fat and non starchy vegetables is the way forward for sure. I think if you find this easy and it works for you go for it. I wanted to try this slender-blend shake diet at one time too. I'll see how you get on! (No pressure or anything! :P) The only thing that helps me and that saves me from the Carb addiction is to have 2 mostly protein & vegetable only meals one after the other , for breakfast and then lunch. About 9 hours after my first meal i find i can handle carbs best so i have them for dinner and later in the day. Whenever i stray away from these principles i get into deep trouble. It just suits me the best. I find my system is more regulated then & whatever carbs i do have are more satisfying. Also; i need to cut out some types of junk food altogether as i have zero self control around them. Not all junk foods do this but just some in particular do a lot of damage in terms of dramatically increasing calorie intake. -Chocolate bars do it. I feel happier and more peaceful without them & enjoy ordinary food more. Hope you have a nice mental break from worrying about dieting! It must be so reassuring to feel like there should be a good weight loss each week. ;)

+doves750 This is why i did so well on Slimming World Red days. Not sure why they ever got rid of red/green 🤔 I have stopped chocolate too as i just don't know when to stop. I love low carb & so does my belly lol. My brain feels free 😀 xxx

Just a word of advice I done this protein world slender blend myself along side the fat melters and mulitivits , made me very very ill after doing some research I found that the powder doesn't actually contain as much protein as stated and many others I know who have tried it have had same sort of side effects bad stomach cramps loose stools headaches feeling very weak and bad shakes! Just be careful x

I have more energy since starting the fat metabolisers which is quite evident in my latest video(Primark Haul) lol 🙈 I will stop straight away if i feel any adverse effects hun & thanks for caring enough to warn me xxx

I did these shakes a couple of years ago and it sparked me off to lose 2 stone a more healthy way! Definitely good to boost yourself straight into it!

I have issues with food. majority of the women in my family have issues with with weight and food. my grandmother has gastric band and her sister has a gastric sleeve. scares me I might end up like that later in life! since stopping slimming world I have put on the weight I lost and now I'm stuck on what to do instead x

Totally understand what you're saying about food addiction. The thing is people don't realise that even if you lose weight, the mental journey is so much harder. I've lost just over 8 stone and am a "healthy" weight now. BUT! if I went out to an all you could eat buffet I know I would go crazy! I've gotta be honest, I did slimming world and I actually just couldn't understand how you can have like 10 mullerlight yoghurt as a free food but chickpeas were a syn? Or have loads of pasta but heaven forbid a slice of toast. Protein powder is good! But! Don't use it as complete meals as mentally it doesn't help the food to mouth craving. I've got a lot personal knowledge and I have a couple of ideas etc that may help you! I'd be happy for you to email me cloesinden@icloud.com Btw I'm not some company selling stuff haha I just get the struggle of weight fluctuation!
