I like your point about training for fun being optimal, I've been thinking the same thing lately. Its easy to be consistent when you like what you're doing!

Since I stopped lifting weights and focus just on bodyweight training and jump rope my vertical increased a lot. I did not touch weights since 2018 😂YMMV

Great video! Tryna get my hops right. Been trying to do Sprint Interval Training twice a week but have but repulled my hammy the last time I ran. Any advice for recovery & working my way back?

Do more quad focused exercises while your mammies recover! Don't sprint yourself to death lol.
