Can I hold the wheel of professional road cycling AG2R lead out man, Michi Shar? Or, how long until I get dropped? That is the name of the game in this cycling challenge today. Both riding BMC Teammachine's I want to thank Michi for the ride and BMCF HQ for organising the opportunity.

Great to see a rider of that quality is also a nice guy. I found this to be often true, especially early in my bike racing days, back in the early 1980s, when I was a newbie. Some of the best racers I happened to meet were very nice to me. I also found that some of the most arrogant guys were the ones just below that in ability, who seemed to think they were all that.

That was a great video. Michi went into that ride with a plan and it looks like it worked pretty well. Not that I have ever heard myself being penetrated but I have been known to make similar sounds. Despite being older and significantly heavier I have maxed out my heartrate higher than yours on that ride. The last duathlon I did I think I averaged pretty much 100% max heartrate and that involved a number of spikes.
