I have done spinal surgery and now it's year but I am unable to walk yet

How are u ? Took me about five yrs without a cane. Best to remain positive and always try to walk with aids per day, everyday.

How you improved your self...which was your daily exercise

@@adnanzafar32 I did pool walking. Had physio for back. As much walking as possible although slow. I was told, the effort u do will not be seen physically for at least six months. Is such a slow process, just need to do bit by bit. Day by day.
