One thing I can appreciate is Nellys humor - like the 50% off pedicure joke. I'm in a wheelchair due to having CRPS in my left foot/leg & haven't been able to wear a sock or shoe for many many years on that foot. (Thankfully it doesn’t register temps) But when people say how horrible it must be, I just tell them the perks… like my socks lasting TWICE as long as theirs. 😉 Sometimes the humor helps both sides… the person feeling sorry & myself. ❤️ TONS OF LOVE TO YA NELLY T!!!🥰

I thought I’d cry and now I’m just pissed. How dare people say such hateful things as if they never got in a car with someone under the influence or been under it themselves. I used to get in the car with people who were drinking all the time because sometimes you generally do not know how intoxicated some people are. At the end of the day, my allegiance to Nelson has never changed. I will always support Nelson and I wish him nothing but the best. Sending prayers for his surgery tomorrow.

This was a really good episode. I remember when the Go fund me and DWI came out and to be honest at first I was annoyed but now that Nelson was able to tell his truth, and we get the full story we all make mistakes and fall short of the glory. Wishing him lots of success and healing.

I love this, this was a great interview. I feel for Nelson, people do make mistakes and should be given grace to self correct. The fact that people have the audacity to send hateful messages is ridiculous

Nelly is a SUPERHERO . Your a inspiration to so many ❤ you still keep that smile on your face 😊 even through the DARKEST TIME.. . I broke my ankle and had pain meds for it that's what started to my addiction which was so hard. But I'm now 10years clean so it's amazing!!! But Nelly your gonna overcome this . My thoughts and prayers are with Nelson. I got hurt September 15, 2022 a 9000 pound steel being rolled off a trailer landed on my ankle on my foot, crushed it. I’ve had four surgeries now I will be going for an ankle fusion. If it doesn’t take, I’ll have to go for an amputation but after seeing Nelson‘s positive, how he lives life, he is blessed by God, Il be praying for a speedy recovery. God bless him.
