Күн бұрынThe Lifetime reality show Married at First Sight is exactly what it sounds like, as single people enter into marriages with someone they meet at the altar. After a few weeks of living together, the couples have to choose whether they will stay together or divorce.
The premise may sound utterly ridiculous, but there are some contestants who have overcome the odds and fallen in love with the person they were matched up with, and a few couples have even become parents. Loved this update of our favorites! Also, Nigerian is not a language but a country where multiple tribes with different languages reside. It may be taken offensively as it's not culturally accurate.

Greg and Dionna were my FAVORITE couple ever on this show...just loved how they paced it and grew together, and you could just tell they were a great match with their chemistry. Can’t say the same about the other couple that remained married on season 9 🙃😂 Jamie and Beth were toxic af

This show would work better if they had a more rigorous process for choosing couples. Some people seem half assed about marriage and they will be paired with someone whose super devoted and its sad because they need to keep the wishy washy people to a minimum.

I'm so impressed with Elizabeth and Jamie. Their commitment to figuring out HOW to love each other is admirable. They worked on their marriage and it paying off. Love these two!

Awwwe I love Greg and Deonna, I knew from the start what God brings together let no one put asunder. Jamie and Elizabeth came as a shock not that they decided to stay married, but that they are still married. I'm so happy for them!!

Sorry but I believe Elizabeth and Jamie are too toxic for each other and it's scary to think how explosive their fights can get when cameras are away and therapists or producers are not around to intervene. The verbal abuse from Jaime is just a stepping stone for physical abuse.

Just saw Jamie tonight on Unfiltered. I have not watched this in a long time. I am so proud of her! She has come a long way since the beginning. I think the show picked the perfect person to talk with these couples, as she has come full circle. It was great seeing her personality shine through after that 1st year!

I never doubted for a minute the relationship between Shawniece and Jephte..His feelings have always been genuine...when he said to her"I'm your husband and I'm here for a long haul"..I knew then Shawniece got a real keeper there. I notice everyone chosen for this show is beautiful or handsome. Perfect white teeth and nice features. In India, they have had matchmakers who knew the people from babyhood onward. And they matched them knowing their temperaments, etc. It was not about looks, it was commitment. I know a couple from India who did not meet until their wedding day. They have had one of the best loving, respectful marriages I have ever seen. They've been together now close to 50 years. Raised two sons and now are growing old together. They are so devoted to each other. Makes me wonder if true matchmakers aren't the way to go sometimes.

I think this is an awesome idea. I've always wanted to marry my mate while getting to know her at the same time. I met my wife in the middle of October 2020 and we married Dec 12, 2020. I couldn't be happier. I hope these couples go on to have many anniversaries and fond moments

I could never do this. It's too much of a gamble and wheater you stay married or divorce, you would be too embarrassed to tell anyone how you met. Still I'm glad for those who stayed married and sad for those who didn't.

I love this couple I hope next time we here from them there's a baby. When the show started I live close to Charlotte I told my single daughter if she let that man get away I'm taking her to Charlotte and we going to find him for her. I thought he was a very good catch. So glad for them...
