btw if people are wondering why these amazing videos don't get a lot more views and likes, its because they upload it on his channel in his own countries version called Vanzai each videos gets 300 thousand likes a video in there countries version, they get millions of views per video

If you haven’t already done the shwarma and you follow the same method for assessing value you should weigh one of yours all total (maybe weight a couple and split the difference) then just weigh the meat and do the same with the restaurant purchased shwarma.

I don’t think the dollar estimate was correct. Yours seem like larger than normal rolls and I’ve never seen that much salmon on a single ill. If you were to somehow separate the salmon on the rolls you ordered and weigh that and weigh the rolls as a whole you would definitely find you got a lot more.

please tell me this wasn't wild caught salmon? if it was, please tell me it was previously frozen salmon that was frozen cold enough to kill the parasites wild salmon have that pickling alone won't kill.
