7:57 - NO! Never, ever, ever try to get her back. First of all, she broke up with you in her mind long before she articulated it so that sentiment was already firm in her mind, usually backed up by a chorus of “you can do better” from her cackling girlfriends. Second, try to get her back puts you in a position of weakness. Third, validation comes from within. Do not seek external sources. By doing so , you build resilience. Lastly, she imploded the relationship so, if you try to get her back, you are playing clean-up guy for you AND her. It is an incredibly horrible waste of time and energy on someone who to bail on your a$$.

I have never believed that investing emotionally in a woman ends well in today’s world. A woman has her place in my life but she will never be above me or my mission. I think of her as support to my goals and she can add to my life, but never more than that. My attitude has saved me from a lot of heart ache and kept me from becoming a liability to her instead of someone she can respect. It is in a woman’s nature to be looking out for her best interest and loyalty is not rewarded. I am definitely in the camp that she can go anytime she wants because if I am successful, women will always be available.

This actually helped me more than anything else I've seen on the subject. I was doing well initially, but this week I have been chain smoking like crazy. About a pack a day for almost 10 days. Before I was only having a couple smokes per week at most. It tells me I need to regroup and focus on being the stronger individual, mentally and physically. Thanks LFA!

It has been 3 months since my girl left me. And I have been so low bro. She cheated me with another guy and now she have relationship with that guy. When I was with her I felt that I am man, but since the breakup I have been so beaten down. But if I think about me I am still the same man who I was before and only my ego get shattered. Good riddance to bad rubbish. It was lust relationship love, if it was real love that girl would've not cheated. Live your life, enjoy it like you used to before knowing the girls, she just came in for a short time and left you with hurt ego, because you let it happen. You shouldn't budge an inch even if she cheated, rather, thank her for saving your time that would've been otherwise wasted being with her.

When women usually break up with a man.. they usually have your replacement already waiting on the side lines. My gf broke up with me 2 weeks ago, we dated for 9 months very hot n heavy relationship. The biggest red flag that I skipped was that she cheated on her last bf with me and I decided to date her long term. Now she left me (we had an argument & I ghosted her for her trash behaviour) and she's already monkey branched to another guy. Here's the kicker tho.. we live in the same condo building. Start becoming a beast, hit the gym heavy.. eat good food.. and stack that paper man. She's never yours its just your turn!

LFA doesn’t miss. 👏🏼 My most recent break up I loved and cared for the girl more than anybody I’ve met previously. She meant the world to me. But I surprised myself. I’ve only messaged her once in the space of 3 months (a couple of weeks after the break up) … but other than that I’ve just moved on. Trust me fellas - the feeling of knowing you can stand in the fire and not fold and let someone have that control over you. Is far more important than feeling like you did everything to save the relationship.

When I was in high school I got my dream girl. I tried freshman year, sophomore year and finally got her attention junior year. I dated her for 3 weeks and went to a barn party. I got slapped because I was hanging out with my friends and didn't pay enough attention to her. She ended up leaving with another guy. I have a question, I'm going through a breakup now. She's with someone else. And I'm trying to come out stronger, I held my dignity as she broke up with me, but what is is hitting me is that obviously like most breakups is that the future we planned together, it was going to be amazing and loving and I just idealized her as a woman. She would make a great wife and a mother and the guy she's with now is honestly going to be lucky and I know she's gone for good and I'm trying to move past this but I noticed that my legs are so tired to do anything, all I wanted to do is just sit and do nothing, even if manage to push myself to go to work I feel this overwhelming tiredness in my legs....is this normal?

Quit all addictions you have and dig deep in to your mind. Write in a journal every time you think of her. The new guy doesnt matter because that occured after the breakup. Just keep writing m and dont relapse on addictions, go to the gym 3-5 times a week and after 100 days or so you will be ready again. every day it gets easier when you take the hard path

Honestly I legit felt this too. Tiredness in my legs for a while. I was worried someone was wrong for a while. All I can think is it's a physical manifestation the stress is having on your body. Possibly testosterone drops immediately after a breakup and your muscles are weaker? That's all I can think of. It did eventually go away though.

"She's going to make a great wife" HOW do you actually know this? If she left you for another man, her current man isn't safe either once he makes similar mistakes that you did and even then it's not guaranteed. You were looking at her with rose tinted glasses. Stop idealizing women, stop putting them on a pedestal and having oneitis for them. She may have told you she saw a future with you in that moment, but a woman's emotions change like the wind.
