With ETH you can see what an astute guy is trying to do with the team and style of play but people don't understand that ETH is pragmatic and realistic! Apart from the first team he is doing so much work in the background to change the culture in the first team and academy!He was shocked how academy players of 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 years are stockpiling on huge wages with no incentive to even go on loan or have a career path!That is why they are being cleared out even if they don't get a big sum at least they get a 25% sell on clause in the future which fans don't understand!If Zidan maybe later in the future is sold for 80M, Manchester United could get 20M easy and they have first refusal! A lot of players in Belgium, Netherlands and France are playing and developing with regular football and some are younger than players in United"s academy!A young player should not go out on loan more than once before getting a first team contract in any league, even if it is the championship or division 1 in England! ETH is doing a lot and he knew the task he was undertaking at United and he asked for that control before signing!He can only influence the football side and he is doing that and so no Board member or CEO is going to sack him as some deluded and ignorant fans want! Excellent video, well reasoned. Great point about Ten Hag investing in Sancho by sending him to Holland for extra individual help. Then this player turns around and cries about being made a scape goat, that shows his mentality is still weak because he attributes his failure to outside sources instead of looking at himself. If this continues he needs to leave the club before he becomes a negative influence on others and United is back at square 1. And those "fans" who call for Ten Hag's resignation would run that hotdog stand you mentioned right into the ground, it seems they don't understand the relation between actions and consequences, completely dead from the neck up.

ETH is a Miracle Worker; he has done wonders for the team, taking a squad of worn-out tools to 2 finals (we won one of them) and third in the league along with it, a ticket to the Champions League, all in the first season. This was exactly what I've been saying. There is too many United fans who know nothing about football, that was a very good performance anyone with any ball knowledge could tell the tactical chess match going on. We now have a clear identity just like EtH said before the start of the season, pressing machine and being the best transition team in the world, there are different kinds and aspects of transition football, defensive and offensive transition, then orthodox and artificial offensive transitions(counter attacks). Antony's first goal against Arsenal last season was a brilliant example of us creating an artificial transition. We tried it in this game but we couldn't make good use of the chances then after the Rashford goal arsenal became aware of the tactics that was why they began to sit off and allow us to keep passing the ball in front of them.

Mount & Amrabat as ball carrying midfielders will be crucial. I am however worried with the central defense back up players.
