I love how Sean beat one of the most dynamic strikers ever seen in MMA with a fucking Jab, a straight, and some body kicks😂 it’s genuinely impressive that he did it with so few weapons. Proof that defense is the best offense, if you can’t get hit but can consistently hit your opponent you are going to win 100% of the time.

As much as I love Sean, this style of defense/fighting will only work against a guy who 100% is not looking for takedowns. The Philly shell won’t work against a guy who has an adequate ground game because standing straight up like that is practically inviting a takedown. Props to Sean but if he fights a wrestler next, he’s gonna have to switch it up
