After being diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis in April 2023 I wanted to share what the positives I've drawn from the experience. It hasn't been easy and at times the level of mental challenge has felt unmanageable but on flip side there is once positive i can draw on. It's made me stronger mentally. It's allowed me to be more grateful and appreciate life more in general now I'm suffering with minimal pain with the help of medication I feel that I'm a better person from every perspective.
