Hi there! Due to higher demand, new customers based in the Philippines are not able to open balances at this time. Please rest assured that this is only a temporary measure and we're working on re-enabling this feature again. As for Gcash, more info can be found here: wi.se/guidetophp For receiving money into your Wise account, since you can't open a PHP balance, having the sender send to your local bank account would be the best option here.
