Nice man! I've thought of starting to practice this sport, but I don't want it to hinder my progress on the big lifts. Do you find that tricking interferes with recovery between lifting sessions?

Balázs Hortobágyi part of the reason I'm so strong is because of tricking as it's so explosive. If you trick only and come back to lifting you won't find much difference on your max lifts. But if you lift only then come back to tricking you will lose a little skill. You may ache more if you trick but strength won't go down noticeably

I dont understand one thing 2:00 the pulling your chest up part. How? Whenever I picture the chest up part I am seeing a Butterfly Kick like chest is raised but it horizontal now. In Aerials the head is still low to the ground. I dont see the chest raising part when I see aerials I just don know ;-; help me clear this up

Its more like keeping your chest high and raising the hips up. Dont throw chest down to rotate

@@HadynWiseman Imma try :O I already did during my lucid dreaming this move has haunted me for a while. Thanks for the feedback. It's still a bit tricky to picture since in the end the hips go over that chest lol On the backflip tutorial (another really amazing tutorial btw) I can clearly see that height, that stretch when swinging the arms up. I can do that flip but not the aerial ffs
