Good presentation, I'm using a traffic light system to hit targets with my business using week 1 - 52. Purple record high Green Highest takings Light Orange 2nd highest Orange 3rd Highest Red Low Grey Zero Will be adding a new colour for the tax year

Hi Richard Moore. It was largely - The concept of frontloading the target throughout the year, month and day was simple but seems very effective. Having you break it down so simply also got me thinking about how I can simplify my own targets. Which lead to a change in startegy in terms of the clients I'm targeting.
