Just like new again. Thanks for the breakdown. While replacing mine, the crankshaft got out of sync and I lost the hammer mode, tore it open n made the adjustments. After the couple assembley attempts (forgotten springs, battery shield, reverse switch, more springs) I did learn assembling the front case first, is key for easy snap together completion. Thanks again bud!

Hi mate, I think this has happened to mine - where should I be looking to get mine hammering again? Mine was intermittently working with worn brushes/armature - now those are replaced I have lost hammer. Infact it doesn’t attempt to rotate in hammer mode, only in drill mode.

My hammer drill still works but you really have to be using the right amount of pressure other wise it won't do anything until you push less against the back of the tool. Do you possibly have a suspected diagnoses?

Mine won't run anymore, only the led blink once and nothing happens. I have 0 ohm between the carbon brushes, is that normal? The motor damaged maybe?

I have the brushless model and the sds hammer is not engaging any ideas on how to fix that fault i have opened the black part inside where he changed the brushless on the top there is a little ball and a spring that aper to be lose...

Normally it's o-rings and grease. You need to make maintenance for it

Hey could you please help me and and let me know what is wrong with mine?? I have used it for about 7 days and now it get super hot fast?? It still has tons of power but gets really hot really fast

Hello, maybe you over loadong it. Hot is motor or black housing where is all gears ans hammering parts? Maybe grease came out from chuck? If yes, then you overheated it

And again you didn't put grease. Same like other videos/repairs. Shame, not professional. Why to change carbon brushes but not to put grease? Is it so expensive for you this grease??? Just put the basic one if cheaper! Or maibe you want that customers to come back to you?
