Could you use the stand in front of you instead of to the side? Like if you are sitting in the middle of the couch?

Well, crap!!! I did NOT get the Happy Dance memo!! Guess I’ll have to get another one and do it again!! 😂😂😂 Thank you for the step by step instructions! As a visual learner (I have to see something working to do it) it’s very difficult getting something new to put together and it has written instructions or, worse yet, NO instructions!! Looking forward to getting my accessories!!

With the side clamp, you can use a hoop or a scroll rod but you need an extra clamp for Q-snap use? I just want to understand which to order. I saw so many in use at a recent retreat and I really should have asked then, but I was too busy stitching myself.

Hi Pam! You can use a hoop or a smaller Q snap with the side clamp just fine. The corner clamp gives more stability to larger Q snaps (like over the square 8 inch) because it clamps onto the corner. You can also get more positions out of the corner clamp, because you can clamp the top corner or the bottom corner of your project. For larger scroll rods we recommend the large frame adaptor. Hope this helps!
