You could make things easier to manage (avoid duplicating the notes and tweaking velocities in the piano roll) by splitting the midi into multiple instances of FL's VFX Level Scaler, each set up with a different velocity offset, then combining the outputs of the VFX Level Scaler instances back into one midi stream.

The only (still unsolved) downside with velocity mapping seems to stay, that you can't modulate the velocity value over time (e.g. using slide notes). You can introduce an overall scaling automation (as you did) but all unisoned values will always do the same kind of movement. I also tried the "Send MOD X as polyphonic aftertouch"-option, but it didn't got registered by any of PhasePlant's MIDI-Modulators. I'd love to see completely MPE-like automation/modulation per note (or even per voice) in FL one day. Like a piano roll where you can draw lines with the line tool rather than placing midi blocks in a grid. Those lines could represent the pitch and the parameter changes of the note (or even the voices of it).

You can't modulate anything with slide notes if it isn't a native FL plugin. The note sliding function isn't a midi thing in FL. It's something they came up with a looong time ago. Aaaand using FL plugins you totally can slide velocity ;) You can slide any note parameter from any position you can set in the note properties window in the piano roll (where velocity is) to any position you can set in the slide note. Velocity, pitch, mod x, mod y, all of it. As long as it's an FL plugin ;p
