I did that fascia stretches' before today's running.....an absolute game changer. I felt so light and the training was such a pleasure. Can you share some tips for upper body fascia stretches' ?

Really can't understand why you're not @ over 1 mil subs. Great info and content. Doing your recommended stretches, I can honestly state that: I was able to ditch crutches after 3 days of R knee arthroscopic surgery. Ankles feel great. Working on R hip rn. Great info. Keep it going. 🤙

Crazy part is I think euphoria has the second best beat out of the whole beef. Arguably number one when you hear how the beat matches the tone, the alien noise makes it seems he’s out of this world, and emphasizes the points with menacing tombstone bells. I don’t think anyone of drakes disses was better than ANY of Kendrick’s disses lol. He got washed

Do you know any soccer cleats that have a wide toe box? Years of using regular cleats have utterly destroyed the joints in my toes and it’s getting to be too much to handle. This could end my career as a semi pro, any solutions that aren’t half a grand?

I have a question, when i slow down from my sprint i get blisters from the friction that i create by well, rapidly slowing down. How do I fix my way of slowing down so that it lessens the chance of blisters (I play football/soccer depending on what kind of english u speak)

Train barefoot as the skin of the sole of your feet will become tougher over time

Hey dude, I’m 6 ft 4 and 160 lbs and my shin is about a foot long maybe more... I’ve been dealing with shin splints for a little while, first on my non-dominant, left leg than when that healed, it was my right leg. The pain in the right leg has lasted much longer and I’ve been spending a lot of time trying to strengthen my long, skinny legs so I can get back to my athleticism. Do I simply need to rest and let whatever it is heal? Or should I be strengthening my lower legs?
