Thankyou, it's such a positive way to encourage people to use their qualities to the best of their ability and to feel more confident, liked and included. Everyone likes to feel seen and heard and that's important. Just remember that you're all beautiful and unique in your own way and you all have something awesome to offer. Just believe in yourself. This is a really great channel! 👍 Much love!

Sometimes people with natural charisma are the last ones anyone thinks to check in on. This is an excellent video and it does speak truth! Especially with the helping other people feel good. One of the major things I have noticed about being a likable person is ENERGY! Positive energy is essential and is the underlining factor on if people will like you or not. Everyone shown in this video as great examples ALL exhibited positive energy! The other important thing is your own personal development! Personal development will allow you to be more comfortable and relaxed about yourself. Allowing you to come across as authentic instead of artificial. I speak so much about personal development on my NeoOneness Subliminals KZfaq channel because I am a personal development consultant.

How to approach someone who takes things seriously all the time? My manager is the type that won't laugh at anyone's joke unless it's someone respected (aka the higher ups or her clients), she won't go out to socialize and would rather stay home (even if her clients invited her, she'd send one of her staff), and if you tried to discuss about her awkwardness she'd make it your fault. She's too strict that she asked us to stop addressing each other (between staffs) casually and that we should tone down our laughter (which made us completely silent when she's around). She told me twice that she's especially hard on female staffs because she doesn't want to hurt male staffs' ego, so it's even harder for me to approach her. I'm really thinking of changing jobs because of her but I want to try win her over. Any ideas?

Don't be a fake but listen to Dale Carnegie's how to win friends and influence people. Now I am confused; should I be a fake or not? To be honest I read that book about 15 years ago and got nothing out of it; Your videos are a million times more helpful than that book.
