Unless, the wrappers had extra rules that we didn't get to know.

As a paraplegic myself, I don't blame Eva at all. I've been disabled my entire life and even though I have accepted it I still would have eaten that calendar on the chance that it would work.

My rules are thus: 1. Is this something that someone would do in the first 10min of a Supernatural episode? 2. If the answer is yes, don't do it. 3. If the answer is maybe, don't do it. 4. If the answer is no, proceed with extreme caution.

There are a million possibilities to do this and win the game without any of the downsides.

I think it would make way more sense that time would reset if you DIDN'T eat the candy and that you would win the game if you did. It just makes way more narrative sense. Continue playing the supernatural game and win your supernatural reward, refuse to finish the game, everything resets. The blind painter could have just thrown down the final candy after regretting killing his wife and kid. It seems really counterintuitive that by keeping on playing you reset everything but in order to win you have to quit at the final stretch.

Just a reminder while I love Nerd Explains, he does a bunch of vids on movies that you and I prob have not seen. Most are crap but some are not. So if it is a movie I have not seen, I’ll quickly look it up, read some reviews and see if it’s worth a watch. Basically did the same with this vid. Paused the video as I had not seen the movie nor heard about it before. As it looked good, watched it last night. Glad I did, an actual good Christmas horror movie that is very creative. Ngl I liked the concept of the movie though toward the end it kinda just threw it all out the window and ruined it. Like why make the video on your phone for the next person if it wasn’t going to be used or actually explain anything? They should’ve given this a concrete ending. Would’ve made the movie way better.
