Doris 1. Played alone 2. Her house was a graveyard with literal skeletons lying around 3. She didn't say goodbye. She broke all the rules so maybe that's why the demon got a chance to possess her.

This is quite literally the easiest answer out there. It's a rule, it makes sense that spirits have to follow rules when channeling through a game board and if you shut them out after every communion, they cannot do whatever the hell they please.

@@Thebigbubba Yeah, which makes sense given the rules. If you fall asleep before saying goodbye and then wake up eight hours later like “oh shit, goodbye!” it’d be ridiculous to think that saved you in a meaningful way. …I mean still do it so things don’t progressively get even worse, but y’know.

As much as I agree that they wouldn't have lived I don't think it would have happened to everyone because Dories broke all the rules with the first time she used it. 1) Used it on her own 2) Played in a graveyard. (bodies under the house from the doc, didn't know but still a graveyard) 3) Never once said goodbye. That's the reason it went so wrong for them cause all three were broken within 2 seconds.

This was one of the best horror experiences I have ever had in the cinema.. Had 0 expectations due to the first movie and not knowing Flanagan was directing it, was introduced to the next gen scream queen in Lulu Wilson who now ill watch anything she is in and the fact it turned out to be a really creepy and scary movie... Lulu's face changing and twitching out of focus before she kills the boyfriend is my favorite moment, it was so fucking unnerving in the cinema

I thought it was messed up how the "Devil's Doctor" got away with his crimes and was never either punished (by earthly means) or forced to haunt the place as a spirit or something. Instead, his victims just became the demonic spirits.

I hate to break it to you, but that was most of the Nazi doctors. They largely got away with what they did outside of a few names. The only thing that really bothers me here is that the spirits are even vengeful. It's not like the family were descendants of the doctor or supported it. nothing will happen. like explained in this video, it's just people responding to movement that happens naturally, making them form the answers by moving the thing. the biggest proof of this, is that the ouija board does not work while you're alone. and honestly, if ghosts were real, we would know by now. do you honestly think there isn't a single ghost going "I'm gonna show I'm real just cause"?

I agree with op. A video a mins not enough content lol. I want a video every week at least. I feel like NE just takes his time uploading and editing but he would benefit so much if he dropped a video once a week. Even if he did 1 movie review a month than somthing simple like a "why you would survive (generic movie)" I know it's not what he does but he should definitely upload way more than 1 time a month. He should add to his types of videos too like maybe reviews or why you would survive and I th ik nk he should also review horror games. Like if he played horror games and reviewed it with commentary and did his hoe to beat along with some other types of videos he would become KZfaq famous. I love channels with different types of content not just 1 single type of video dont get me wrong I love this channel so much but I feel as if he should upload 1 time a week and do some other type of videos as well

It's honestly hard to tell just what the hell the spirit's goal is; I don't think misdirected anger over a period this long is even a sensical irrational course. The angry spirit is clearly intelligent enough to pull all of this shit off so it's more than a force of nature. It just seems to hate everyone.

I always find it quiet interesting that movie makers put in daemons and monsters, but never seem to then go a step further and think about the implication it would have on atheism and religion. IF suddenly a daemon would come out of another dimension (and by logic it wouldn't just be 1 case, there would be several scaterd around the globe), it would mean there is a whole other dimension, probably heaven and peobably hell and a (or several) God. It would completely shift how we see ourselfs. TBH if I had real proove, I would start to believe in a God. Now, I'm not religious or anything, but it would make for a very interresting concept for a trilogy or series.

Yeah, plus, since the underworld/hell or some such would then exist, and there's clearly a path to walk between them (demons can come here, so we can go there), they could do the final film as a dante's inferno, voyage of hell kinda thing. It'd be cool since in the first film you'd get to know the characters and get introduced to demons in that world, then watch it slowly build. The Evil Dead films are a bit like that, with each film exploring the universe further, not just being a repeat of the first film
