I’m going to break down the mistakes made, what you should do, and how to beat the CON ARTIST KILLER in INFLUENCER.

i half expected Ryan to further question the guy in the bar, maybe show him more photos of his gf if he recognize her if she is with someone. If the guy blurts out she went with a woman with a black mark on her face. That further ties it CW up, plus considering CW keeps hiding her face from photos, its best he checks with the police and the staff in the Bar if they have CCTV footage in an around the place that might catch CW face especially in the Bar considering she seems like a regular, especially during the day she took Madison away and she disappeared. It ain't much but its enough to put CW on a watchlist by the police.

I can agree with the premise, but I can also get that it means almost nothing, just another arbitrary decision in a movie

This is why you always have a phrase to use with your BFF that you would never normally say (eg. "I agree! Horror movie characters make GREAT decisions!") to use to signal "everything is fine". Or the opposite. Neither me nor my best friend have a sister, so if we ever need to signal we're not safe or need help but the person endangering us is there, we'll ask like "How's your sister?" type of thing so the other person knows you need help, but the person your with does not. Kind of like how some smart people have called the cops but pretending to be ordering a pizza while kidnapped.

I always find it so unbelievable in horror movies when someone arrives home (always ALONE) to find the door wide open and then they just waltz inside. Sorry, no. You GTFO back into your car or anywhere public and call the cops. And if you DO enter (say you're really drunk and not picking up on danger signals too well) once you find the place violently trashed...you GTFO! Especially if you immediately spot things like your laptop etc meaning robbery wasn't the goal.

15:34 No, no, no, noooo. You don't "feel the effects of dehydration after only 3 days." You feel the effects of dehydration in 1 day. You are nearly crippled with severe muscle locking and migraines after 2 days. You are DEAD at 3 days. If you go 2 days without water, you're in complete agony and can barely speak, let alone move. By the second day without water, you almost certainly need someone else to actually give you something to drink because there's a decent chance you won't be able to get it on your own. That whole "3/3/3 survival" thing (where you can survive without oxygen for 3 minutes, water for 3 days and food for 3 weeks) is only a general guideline. There are plenty of people that would die without oxygen in less than 3 minutes while others can hold their breath for upwards of 12 without a problem. But the thing about dehydration is that it's extremely difficult to condition further and you go downhill exponentially. Just ask anyone who has been stranded without water for more than a day. Hell, I've gone more than a day without water and I started getting horrible muscle cramps and headaches by day 2. The whole point here is to say that you don't start feeling the effects in 3 days, you feel the effects within a day. If you go completely without water for more than 2 days, you WILL die if someone isn't there to help you. Just imagine every muscle in your body getting a Charley-horse when you try to move it, plus the "pins & needles" feeling of neuropathy when you stop. It's your body's way of indicating that there isn't enough water in the various muscle groups to actually contract and rebound to move properly.

While you wouldn't do phenomenally well The human body can go further than 3 days without water. I know people that literally don't drink water. I know what you're thinking.. their food and other drinks contain water This is true but as long as you're not exerting a lot of oxygen and or sweating a lot you can make it much further on water than somebody who isn't I can think of periods of time in my foolish teen years where I would go a couple days without food or water I'd start to feel really bad understand why I drink the water and be good. I could go 48 hours easily and completely no sell it because I've done it I've seen it done and it would be closer to day 3 that I would expect what you're explaining Closer to day 4-5 until what you're saying happens on day three would probably start happening

For one: going to Thailand is not a great idea. Two: enough English is spoken there so it shouldn’t be too hard for her to find an actual interpreter not some random girl. Three: I highly doubt that dude would let her go to that Country or any Country for that matter by herself ever. I’m sure he would accompany her every where.

It's fine if you use a reputable tour company, do your research before going, and avoid sketchy areas. Bangkok, like any city, has some parts are more tourist friendly than others. Highly do not recommend traveling alone as a woman in a foreign country unless you know people there.

I enjoyed this movie. I kept hoping though that the 2nd protagonist was also a serial killer herself (conn the first conn). That would've been a good twist. The long hair dude (Ryan), i couldn't stand, but he was playing his character well. As we were watching it we kept pausing to give our theories and where it was going. The ending was very satisfying

Really doesn't make sense why she'd even take the boyfriend to the island. She drowned him she should have just left him in the ocean. When they found him and did an autopsy they would have found water in his lounges, meaning he was just dumped there but did in fact drown there. They really wouldn't have pinged his death as a homicide, just some American fell in the ocean and drowned. If an investigation did open CW would be long gone. Just hate when a character is smart the whole movie and just makes a bunch of dumb choices for a "good" ending.

To be fair CW is actually dumb for most of the movie. She literally tells the IG model she's about to abandon her then goes to sleep if the original model had half a braincell she'd be the one stuck in the island. And this is a pattern for most of the movie. She doesn't cover her tracks in multiple occasions and puts herself in several positions when she's only able to get out of from sheer luck.
