Hi Shelly, I have a question. Off ice, I have been working on my split and also on my biellman with a resistance band which I am getting better. Is it a good idea may be to practice your grab off ice by wearing your skate with your blade guard. What do you think? Thank You 😊 Lise

Hi! Yes that’s a great idea! I love doing that because it will be the most similar to being on the ice and easier to bean that blade
