I bought fladrafinil, noopept and phenylpiracetam a year ago. I didn't feel anything from the phenylpiracetam and while the fladrafinil and noopept did have an effect on me I didn't notice it at first because it's not a crazy energy. It gets you going but it's not like the first time I took caffeine where I felt highly energetic, euphoric and mentally sharp.

Recommending caffeine for staying awake is like recommending nicotine for relaxing (minus the whole cancer stuff and such). Like yes, it does that in the short run, but there's a reason why people who drink tons of caffeine always "need their morning coffee": Because they become *less* alert over time, in part because their veins vasoconstrict, leading to less blood flow to the brain, and with that less energy to the brain. Nicotine is also great for being calm, except after a while you're always super stressed out if you don't get your nicotine...

Big issue with Fish oils is their impact on the Environment. A good (but more expensive) alternative is algae Oil. These algae are actually the Ones that produce the omega-3 Oil. The Fish merely consume the algae, thereby absorbing the Omega-3 Oil.

I took Ginkgo Bilboa once for 11 weeks. I did it for a whole quarter of school and I noticed my memory recall was a lot better. I could read a 7 page article and recall what I read a lot better. I also noticed I could come up with ideas and solutions quicker. It wasn't a crazy effect, but there was a difference. The next quarter I didn't use it and I noticed the difference.

Laughable. There is very scant evidence nootropics improve cognitive function. Not a single large controlled study has show any cognitive related benefits of Nootropics. At best, the smaller studies are mixed.

Most medical physicians have a couple of weeks out of their entire schooling on nutrition, so in all reality your medical physician isn't going to know at all what is being talked about. veritas, you are definitely not a doctor either... i guess you could be, but a really uneducated doctor, one that would be more concerned with referring a prescription where you get a kick back on. Fish oil definitely benefits your brain. Your brain love fatty acids. and technically the definition of a chemical is a compound or substance that has been purified of Prepared, so again you are wrong in saying "they are not chemicals".
