Getting cheated on is absolutely positively one of the worse things that can happen to you. I know because it has happened to me too. If someone has cheated on you please watch this video. You are in the right place.
Whether you have been cheated on by your girlfriend, your boyfriend, your husband or your wife, you can recover from infidelity in your relationship.

I knew she was cheating me. Everything was already played and re-played in my mind. I knew the guy. I knew the lies. He is just a good friend and nothing else. She wanted to break up and stay friends and gave the reason the she want to work on herself. One day I just went and I told her that of all the things you asked me in the last four years I have never said no to anything so how can I say no to this. And I wished her good luck. She not knowing that I already knew all the truth. 10 days after that day I see a new post with this same guy. And I just smiled.

@@MrBellyman128 it still hurts. One part of the mind doesn’t want her anymore. The other part want them to come back to atleast give an explanation why they had to stoop so down. But then I know that needs a lot of courage to look into the eye give the reason for playing that game. Which is not possible. Trust is a very expensive thing. Not everyone can afford it.

Found out a month ago she had been cheating for several months. All the memories, all the fun we had, all the laughs. They're all sullied and tarnished now. Like the joy I felt in those times were just an elaborate practical joke. I'm broken and lost and I wish there was an instruction manual I can follow so I don't have to think and decide for myself

Girl i feel you. I approached him with full blown evidence and he still denied anything. Gaslighting is real, please do look into any emotional manipulation he might have used on you it can damage if you not aware of it. I'm learning to trust myself again after making myself wrong to make him right because i didn't want to believe it I'm so sorry you are going through this. I’ve found out he’s been cheating me for almost a year and we got married only 3 months ago. I feel your pain 😞 I found out my wife of 18 years chested on me for the last 7 years . Very devastated. We were trying to go to counseling she basically played the game well good actress fake tears saying I’m sorry this that long story Short the last month was up and downs she wanted to be on her ways again planted a recorder on her car cought her talking to that guy again . She begged me got on her knees saying it was a mistake this that stories stories following week caught her again . Guess she know that I was going to the extreme she got mad as hell . To end it she was wants a divorce now talks to me like if I did something wrong . She is pissed off Cause I ruined her thing. This is very hard for me I feel like I’m dying inside . 20 years together. We had issues but fixable according to therapist. I came forward with abuse in my childhood. She told me I waited to long to come forward and I was devastated. Went through counseling alone. During this intense process she had a year long affair with a married man. We are divorcing. Cannot go back from that. What happened to her vows? What hurts the most is the fact she kept lying about it. I found out from her best friends ex and I didn’t believe him at first. So I confronted her many times and she denied it. and i believed her. finally she admitted it like 2 weeks after the cheating. I can’t trust her at all and I’m gonna move on and find somebody better but it will be hard because i was attached. how are you just going to throw away all of our growth and care for each other, for some random dude at a party?

My husband of 6 years was liking and following some Instagram models that are just posting for their bodies type accounts… I confronted him and he unfollowed all of them but didn’t have an answer as to why he did it in the first place and has not even been groveling or acting remorseful. He apologized and said that should be enough but I can’t get over it. I feel like, if this is what he’s doing at 6 years of marriage, who’s to say he won’t have a mistress at 10 or 15 years? 😔

I know your pain all too well. My now ex cheated on me and did the same. At the beginning of the relationship (and during I’d reinforce my boundaries) I made it EXTREMELY clear that I view following half naked girls/liking those kinda photos/looking at other girls bodies irl and online and watching porn as cheating in my eyes. He lied straight to my face throughout the whole relationship and said he respected my boundaries, I found out two days ago he never once respected them. I’m so heartbroken.

I had to stop this at 2:30 because I really don't want to forgive her. I shouldn't have to in order to move on. 24 years together. We have 6 kids together, and she decided one day I wasn't any fun, and started sleeping with some boy she just met at a bar on a "girls night out" with her friends. The boy is half her age. Seriously he's only 3 years older then our oldest kid. I still get physically sick over this, and It's been a year now. There is no love lost on this one. I just never want to see her again.

Was in a 2 year relationship with this girl and even had a baby with this girl. She left me 2 months ago to just mess around and have fun. She went back to the guy she was with before me. I’ve been so torn and I don’t know what to do. She was so toxic for me but I was just blinded by what I felt for her and by the comfort. All in all I’ve lost myself in every aspect especially since she just moved on so quick and even went back to her past person. It hurts every single day and I just feel im not enough for anyone considering she was the person that made me feel safe and was my place of peace. This is the first time i have found out that i was being cheated on, crazy part is that i did not go out looking for this information.. It all came to me. I am broke. I trust a man blindly, crazy part is the relationship was so perfect. Until it wasnt. It’s the remorseful part that really gets me. I can’t tell if she wants make it right or is manipulating me consciously or subconsciously... there is a mental illness factor as well which makes it harder for me grasp. Like rn she’s blowing up both of my phones trynna call me cos after I found out I just went straight for no contact, blocked her from all social media and ignoring all of her texts or calls but she keeps calling and texting to “explain”. Last night she texted and she she can even wait for 5 years for me to heal and on the other side is just fed up. I won’t ever look at the same way, let alone trust. It’s even worse cos in few days she suppose to go for varsity studies. I can’t be in relationship with someone I don’t trust anymore...

We had been together for 3 years and had a healty relationship when i look back. Its been 4 months now and i still have thoses random feelings of pure anger when i wake up. If you ask me, dont allow yourself to be disrespected or cheated on, you deserve better and it will only bring pain. The valuable lesson i learned is that you NEVER truly know someone, dont be like me and make the right choice. (I obviously dont know your relation with her so you could be also very happy of you decide to stay together)

People around her started making comments didn't listen. Some of her family was making comments letting me know also. I was mad at them knowing she manipulated me into thinking I was hearing cause of my anxiety but it was doubts sure enough people started throwing hints. Forgave her a bunch of times even with proof I didn't need people giving hints. I just came to accepted and the doubts and anxiety went away. Since I said I have proof and I will talk with these people that said these comments and you can deny it all you want. She just left me after I stopped giving her money.

Who knows, maybe your partner is sincere and will change. After all, nobody’s perfect, right?They even promised to marry you. So is it worth it? Marriage after infidelity is a tricky proposition. Marriage can be a blessing, but it can also break your heart, especially, if you think you've reached the end of the road. There's no easy path to divorce. So is it worth forgiving someone who cheated on you? Of course. Do it, living with hate is not a good way to live. Is it worth forgetting about it? No. Your experiences in life make you stronger (and hopefully smarter). It's time to examine your feelings about yourself and your marriage. It is understandable that you are hurt by what your husband did. However, he has apologized for it and stopped his relationship with her for you. Now, it is up to you to forgive. Forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself. It gives strength to move on. Can't even tell how worst is is this right now. I couldn't sleep at night, I couldn't eat properly, I couldn't do anything. I am literally so much damaged right now. He cheated and apologized. I stayed because I loved him. But it did not end with cheating I also had to deal with emotional abuse. And I found text on his phone pretending to be single trying to talk another girl to be in relationship. He tried to tell me what he did was okay. I was so manipulated and damaged I thought what he did is okay as long as he apologized. I could not take it anymore and I left. It has been over 2 months. He did not call not once. I realized in the past even when he did something wrong I am the one who calls him. Anyway I have moments when I feel really low but I am better now than I was yesterday. For me everyday is getting better. And What I have now is so much better than staying with him and crying everyday.

Its been about a week since it happened and every day I feel like I can't breathe. Things took a turn for the better. We are doing good, I still have some slight trust issues but he’s always there reminding me that he’s mine and I’m his. Ever since this happened our relationship has honestly become more open. We communicate with each other so much better now too. So yeah as of right now we are doing really good

I have really been feeling like crap the entire month. Him and I are 27 years and I found out that he slept with a 48 year old. He confessed to it on the same day the lady picked up his phone and called me. I thought they were related. It didn't occur to me that she was more than blood related. After the conversation, she went ahead and took my social media name, sent me a friend request and asked to be my friend. I ended up blocking her immediately I learnt that, he tried to make things right with me but i keep having meltdowns when we talk because I insist to have several questions answered aggressively ending up to push him away. I feel really bad about myself. I feel completely shattered.

long term boyfriend i just found out cheated on me while i was at home getting therapy to better our relationship. he was telling me he loved me every day and texting and calling constantly while staying at my apartment. he had sex with random girls, going to bars and lying about it. talking to 10 others asking to have sex (on my birthday) and almost had sex again with another random girl…. i am completely broken and don’t know how to be a real person again

We grew apart during covid. She would go out with friends and and they were getting it, her roommates had it and she works in a restaurant where coworkers were getting it. We did not see one another because of it and put a strain on the relationship. Long story short, she just told me that she moved in with a guy and is cheating on me. She also tells me that she still loves me and has been texting me. I’m totally heart broken.

2-3 days ago I have found out that I was being cheating on the whole 2 years of us being together , the girl he was with he knew for 10 years and was messing with for 3 years , and I she just flat out told me she was having sex with him for 3 years . He mentioned her to me but he told me that she was a home girl and he was helping her because she went through so much being homeless and more that part was true but he never told me he was having sex with her the whole time . And he told her the whole time i was just a cousin . I’m hurt because not only he was lying to me the whole time but his mom and I trusted them , I never had a gut feeling that I was being lied to or he been cheating on me . What is sickening is that she is suppose to be a woman of god and whole time she was telling me and the other girl the same thing , lying to the both of . I’m just disgusted because she is actually pregnant by someone else and he was having sex with her knowing she is pregnant by another guy , he was telling her that he wanted to be the god father , since he’s not the dead there is a lot more but I think I said enough . I been throwing up every since I found out 😢😫

Just caught my girlfriend cheating last night. She’s been going off to her ex’s place at night when I go to work the past week. The worst part is I feel like it’s my fault. Last weekend they ran into each other (while I was with her) and they talked for 3.5 hours. Half of which I was there for. She kept asking if it was okay and if it bothered me and I said “no”. Huge milestone for me…I meet the other woman and maintained full composure, and self love. I’ve been very focused on forgiveness and healing, and it works! I still find that I need more time after months and that’s okay. I’d rather take the time now and heal so I can bring that to my next relationship than trying to fill a wound with an unfulfilling relationship. Just been cheated on myself and my world has completely fell apart.
