Rest is everything 💥, I trained for almost 2 years (6 days a week) and not gained enough muscles but now I have been training (4 days a week) for 2 months and got massive muscles mass I ever dreamed 😍😍 I feel great pump during workout Conclusion - give your body enough time to recover to build muscles and strength 🔥🔥
